IMPORTANTE - LEGGERE PRIMA DI COPIARE, INSTALLARE O USARE IL SOFTWARE.
Non usare o caricare il software ed alcun materiale ad esso associato (collettiv
amente, il "Software") prima di aver attentamente letto i seguenti termini e con
dizioni. Il caricamento o l'utilizzo del Software comporta l'adesione ai termini
del presente Contratto di licenza. In caso non si desideri aderire ai termini d
i questo Contratto di licenza, non installare o utilizzare il Software.
Notare inoltre:
* Se si è un produttore di apparecchiature originali (OEM), un fornitore di hard
ware indipendente (IHV) o un rivenditore di software indipendente, applicare il
presente CONTRATTO DI LICENZA per intero.
* Se si è un utente finale, applicare solo il Documento A del presente CONTRATTO
DI LICENZA.
Per OEM, IHV e ISV:
LICENZA. Questo Software è dato in licenza d'uso solo con prodotti Intel. L'uso
del Software con prodotti differenti da quelli Intel non è concesso da questo Co
ntratto di licenza. Soggetto ai termini del presente Contratto di licenza, Intel
garantisce una licenza non esclusiva, non trasferibile, internazionale, pre-pag
ata e soggetta ai diritti Intel sulla proprietà intellettuale per:
a) utilizzare, modificare e copiare il Software internamente a fini di m
anutenzione e sviluppo; e
b) modificare, copiare e distribuire il Software, comprese le opere deri
vate, agli utenti finali ma sempre in accordo ai termini del Contratto di licenz
a finale Intel e del Contratto di licenza per l'utente singolo, allegato come Do
cumento A; e
c) modificare, copiare e distribuire la documentazione allegata al Softw
are, ma solamente insieme al Software.
Qualora l'utente non fosse il produttore finale o il rivenditore di un sistema o
programma comprendente il Software, sarà possibile trasferire una copia del Sof
tware, comprese le opere derivate (e la relativa documentazione dell'utente fina
le), al destinatario per l'utilizzo secondo i termini del presente Contratto di
licenza, a patto che il destinatario si impegni a rispettarli pienamente. L'uten
te non deve diversamente assegnare, concedere in licenza, affittare o in qualsia
si altro modo trasferire o divulgare il Software a terzi. Non è concesso inoltre
decompilare o modificare il Software.
Salvo quanto espressamente dichiarato nel presente Contratto di licenza, non vie
ne garantita alcuna licenza o diritto direttamente all'utente per sottinteso, pe
rsuasione, preclusione o altro. Intel si riserva la facoltà di esaminare, dirett
amente o tramite un incaricato, i record principali dell'utente al fine di verif
icare la conformità con i termini e le condizioni del presente Contratto di lice
nza.
RISERVATEZZA. Qualora si desiderasse usufruire di un consulente di altra società
o di un subappaltatore ("Contraente") e tale collaborazione implicasse l'access
o o l'uso del Software, l'acquirente dovrà avere un accordo di riservatezza scri
tto dal Contraente, contenente i termini e gli obblighi relativi all'accesso o a
ll'utilizzo del Software e caratterizzato da termini restrittivi almeno quanto q
uelli contenuti nel presente Contratto di licenza, escludendo eventuali diritti
di distribuzione e di utilizzo per altro scopo.
Diversamente, l'utente non potrà divulgare i termini o l'esistenza del presente
accordo o utilizzare il nome Intel in alcuna pubblicazione, pubblicità o altro a
nnuncio previo consenso scritto di Intel. Non viene concesso alcun diritto di us
o del marchio registrato o di alcun logo Intel.
PROPRIETÀ DEL SOFTWARE E COPYRIGHT. La titolarità di tutte le copie del Software
appartiene a Intel o ai suoi fornitori. Il Software è protetto dalle leggi sul
copyright degli Stati Uniti e di altri Paesi, e dalle disposizioni dei trattati
internazionali. L'acquirente non deve rimuovere le avvertenze riguardanti il cop
yright dal Software. Intel può modificare il Software, o parti di esso ivi citat
e, in ogni momento e senza alcun preavviso, ma non è obbligata a fornire alcun s
upporto tecnico o ad aggiornare il Software. Eccetto nel caso in cui abbia stabi
lito diversamente, ed in modo espresso, Intel non trasferisce diritti espressi o
impliciti riguardanti brevetti, diritti d'autore, marchi depositati o altri dir
itti di proprietà intellettuale dell'azienda. L'acquirente può trasferire il Sof
tware soltanto nel caso in cui non ne trattenga una copia per sé e il destinatar
io del Software accetti di aderire ai termini di questo contratto di licenza.
GARANZIA LIMITATA DEL SUPPORTO. Se il Software è stato distribuito da Intel su s
upporto fisico, Intel garantisce che tale supporto sia esente da difetti intrins
eci e dei materiali per un periodo di novanta (90) giorni a partire dalla conseg
na effettuata da Intel. Se dovesse risultare difettoso, il supporto può essere r
inviato ad Intel che, a propria discrezione, provvederà alla sostituzione o ad a
ltro mezzo di consegna del Software.
ESCLUSIONE DI ALTRE GARANZIE. AD ECCEZIONE DEI PUNTI INDICATI QUI SOPRA, IL SOFT
WARE VIENE FORNITO "COSÌ COM'È", SENZA ALCUNA GARANZIA ESPRESSA O IMPLICITA DI A
LCUN TIPO, INCLUSE LE GARANZIE DI COMMERCIABILITÀ, DI CONFORMITÀ ALLE NORME CONT
RO LA VIOLAZIONE DEI DIRITTI O IDONEITÀ AD UN FINE PARTICOLARE. Intel non garant
isce né si assume la responsabilità circa l'accuratezza o la completezza di qual
siasi informazione, testo, grafica, collegamento o altro elemento contenuto nel
Software.
LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSIBILITÀ. IN NESSUN CASO INTEL O I SUOI FORNITORI SARANNO R
ESPONSABILI PER QUALSIASI DANNO (INCLUSI, MA NON LIMITAMENTE A, LA PERDITA DI PR
OFITTI, L'INTERRUZIONE DELL'ATTIVITÀ O LA PERDITA DI INFORMAZIONI) DERIVANTI DAL
L'USO O DALL'IMPOSSIBILITÀ DI USARE IL SOFTWARE, ANCHE NEL CASO INTEL SIA STATA
INFORMATA DELLA POSSIBILITÀ DEL VERIFICARSI DI TALI EVENTI DANNOSI. ALCUNE GIURI
SDIZIONI NON CONSENTONO LA LIMITAZIONE O L'ESCLUSIONE DELLA RESPONSIBILITÀ PER D
ANNI INCIDENTALI O CONSEQUENZIALI, PERTANTO QUANTO AFFERMATO SOPRA IN MATERIA DI
ESCLUSIONI POTREBBE NON ESSERE APPLICABILE IN ALCUNI CASI. L'ACQUIRENTE POTREBB
E INOLTRE GODERE DI ALTRI DIRITTI LEGALI CHE VARIANO DA GIURISDIZIONE A GIURISDI
ZIONE.
RESCISSIONE DEL PRESENTE CONTRATTO DI LICENZA. Intel si riserva la facoltà di re
scindere il presente Contratto di licenza in qualsiasi momento nel caso che l'ac
quirente violi i termini del Contratto di licenza stesso. In tal caso, l'acquire
nte è tenuto a distruggere il Software o a restituire tutte le copie del Softwar
e ad Intel.

LEGGI APPLICABILI. Eventuali rivendicazioni relative a questo Contratto di licen

za sono regolate dalle leggi dello Stato della California, ad eccezione dei conf
litti che possano sussistere con le leggi e la Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite s
ui Contratti riguardanti la vendita di beni di consumo. L'acquirente non può esp
ortare il Software in violazione alle leggi ed ai regolamenti di esportazione ap
plicabili. Intel non è tenuta al rispetto di alcun altro contratto di licenza, a
meno che tale contratto di licenza sia in forma scritta e firmato da un rappres
entante Intel autorizzato.
DIRITTI LIMITATI DEL GOVERNO DEGLI STATI UNITI. Il Software viene fornito con "D
IRITTI LIMITATI". L'uso, la duplicazione o la divulgazione da parte del Governo
degli Stati Uniti sono soggetti alle restrizioni contenute in FAR52.227-14, DFAR
252.227-7013 o successivi. L'uso del Software da parte del Governo degli Stati U
niti costituisce riconoscimento dei diritti di proprietà di Intel ivi contenuti.

CONTRATTO DI LICENZA DEL SOFTWARE INTEL (Finale, Utente singolo)
IMPORTANTE - LEGGERE PRIMA DI COPIARE, INSTALLARE O USARE IL SOFTWARE.
Non usare o caricare il software ed alcun materiale ad esso associato (collettiv
amente, il "Software") prima di aver attentamente letto i seguenti termini e con
dizioni. Il caricamento o l'utilizzo del Software comporta l'adesione ai termini
del presente Contratto di licenza. In caso non si desideri aderire ai termini d
i questo Contratto di licenza, non installare o utilizzare il Software.
LICENZA. L'acquirente è autorizzato a copiare il Software su un computer singolo
per uso personale, a scopi non commerciali e ad effettuare una sola copia di ar
chiviazione del Software, nel rispetto delle seguenti condizioni:
1. Questo Software è dato in licenza d'uso solo con prodotti Intel. L'uso del So
ftware con prodotti differenti da quelli Intel non è concesso da questo Contratt
o di licenza.
2. L'acquirente non può copiare, modificare, affittare, vendere, distribuire o t
rasferire alcuna parte del Software, ad eccezione di quanto stabilito nel presen
te Contratto di licenza, e si impegna a prevenire copie non autorizzate del Soft
ware.
3. L'acquirente non può procedere a progettazione inversa, decompilazione o disa
ssemblaggio del Software.
4. L'acquirente non può cedere in licenza o autorizzare un uso simultaneo del So
ftware da parte di più di un utente.
5. Il Software può contenere elementi e funzioni appartenenti a terze parti, alc
uni dei quali sono identificati e concessi in licenza in accordo con quanto cont
enuto nel file "license.txt" o in altro testo o file.
PROPRIETÀ DEL SOFTWARE E COPYRIGHT. La titolarità di tutte le copie del Software
appartiene a Intel o ai suoi fornitori. Il Software è protetto dalle leggi sul
copyright degli Stati Uniti e di altri Paesi, e dalle disposizioni dei trattati
internazionali. L'acquirente non deve rimuovere le avvertenze riguardanti il cop
yright dal Software. Intel può modificare il Software, o parti di esso ivi citat
e, in ogni momento e senza alcun preavviso, ma non è obbligata a fornire alcun s
upporto tecnico o ad aggiornare il Software. Eccetto nel caso in cui abbia stabi

SDIZIONI NON CONSENTONO LA LIMITAZIONE O L'ESCLUSIONE DELLA RESPONSIBILITÀ PER D
ANNI INCIDENTALI O CONSEQUENZIALI, PERTANTO QUANTO AFFERMATO SOPRA IN MATERIA DI
ESCLUSIONI POTREBBE NON ESSERE APPLICABILE IN ALCUNI CASI. L'ACQUIRENTE POTREBB
E INOLTRE GODERE DI ALTRI DIRITTI LEGALI CHE VARIANO DA GIURISDIZIONE A GIURISDI
ZIONE.

"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und
er Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro
vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR
ANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT A
PPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

LICENSE. You may copy the Software onto a single computer for your personal, non
commercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to th
ese conditions:
1. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel component pr
oducts. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component products is
not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthor
ized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more tha
n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en
closed "license.txt" file or other text or file.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS I
NTERRUPTION, OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE

RRANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION
TO JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
