Date: Thursday March 2, 2017
As the program Therapy in the Woods is coming to an end, my
EI mentor has asked me to create a certificate for the children
registered in the program.
I am going to create a certificate template for the Therapy in
the Woods winter 2017 session.
Objectives:
1. The certificate will make the children in the program feel
accomplished as they will be given a certificate at the end
of the program.
2. The certificate template can be saved to be used for future
winter sessions of Therapy in the Woods.
3. The certificate will provide the family with a keep sake of
something that not only their child finished, but a program
they they completed together.
Description:
1. I will look at previous certificate templates of Therapy in
the Woods.
2. I will look up images that represent winter and activities
that we completed in the program.
4. Once approved, I will write in the children names and
print the certificates.
Reflection: What went well is that I was given previous certificate
- What went well? Provide templates to compare to. It made making the certificate more
examples for how you easier. Also my EI mentor gave me clear instructions on what
know it went well. she wanted the certificate to look like.
