is for 6 months. Vendor Listing in Website is uploaded once signed, and will be online from
the week of signing to 3 months after the completion of the expo. Banner in Homepage will
be up for up to 6 months.

Presentation is limited to 5 minutes. Each presentation must be presented to and approved by GJS COMMUNICA-
TIONS, no later than January 5, 2018. All Payments are due in full by December 10, 2017. Facebook Posts and
material must be submited by the vendor no later than December 10, 2017; all posts and material are subject to
approval by GJS COMMUNICATIONS.
If you wish to give food samples, you must submit your Temporary Food Facility application to GJS COMMUNICA-
TIONS no later than Dec 5, 2017.
Shared electricity means that many vendors will be sharing the same circuit. Power outages have occured in the
past, and we thrive to prevent this from happening, however, it can happen, therefore GJS COMMUNICATIONS
cannot be held responsible for any and all damage to your equipment.
