1. Come to office daily, 15 minutes before the official arrival time as reflected in the
CSC Form 48.
2. Go home 15 minutes after the official departure time in the afternoon as reflected
in the CSC Form 48.
3. Wear appropriate attire when reporting for duty as provided for in the CSC
Memorandum Circular No. 14, s. 1991, entitled, Dress Code Prescribed for all
Government Officials and Employees.
4. STRICTLY observe the following:
a. Mamamayan Muna, Hindi Mamaya Na in attending to the needs of clients.
b. Avoid direct or indirect partisan politics.
c. Avoid VICE, like smoking, gambling, intoxication and immorality.
d. Pay taxes and obligation due, willingly and promptly.
e. Avoid proselytizing while on official duty.
f. Maintain high reputation to avoid sexual harassment case.
g. Maintain pleasant social relations with people in the community and
employees of other branches of government service.
h. Act within the limits of ones duties and responsibilities.
i. Maintain high degree of professionalism and behavior at all times.
j. Improve ones educational attainment and professionalism growth by attending
evening and Saturday classes and subscribing to professional books and
magazines.
k. Render services beyond the call of duty, in the exigency of the service
l. Observe highest level of courtesy when dealing with superior, peer and
subordinate.
m. KEEP oneself CLEAN, NEAT and HYGIENIC at all times.
n. Avoid frequent unauthorized absences or tardiness in reporting for duty.
