It is with great pleasure that I cordially welcome you to take on this journey of applying to be
part of the national team of AIESEC in Kenya in 17.18.

Leadership is indeed the fundamental solution to the world's problems and even greatly so
for Kenya. For this reason, we must unite in our passion to ensure that we build AIESEC in
Kenya to last for the present and the generations beyond us.
We are looking into a year that will be full of challenges, episodes of the good and bad but
most importantly overcoming it all with great success. It will take a strong heart, a desire to
give and receive, devotion, working with strangers that share your values and above all an
intense belief in building AIESEC in Kenya to last.

TIMELINES
17.18
The MC role is a full time role and applicants are advised to ensure they are able to fully
commit for the entire duration from transitition to beginning of the term on 1st of August 2017
running to 31st July 2018.

The AIESEC in Kenya office is located in University of Nairobi, Mahatma Gandhi wing. The
office has unlimited internet access.

The entire Member Committee of AIESEC in Kenya 17.18 will be required to reside in the MC
house which is located in Guango, Muchatha. It is about 40 mins by public means to the office.
The house is furnished with basic cooking items, sleeping material and limited internet access.

MC The MC stipend shall be 110 USD whose issuance is subject to availability of funds in the
entity. All official coaching and /or entity visits and any travel considered as official shall be
LIFE catered for by the MC budget.

17.18 Successful applicants should commit to fundraise for IC 2017 in July to be held in Colombia.
Applicants are also advised to attend MEAXLDS 2017 in Egypt , 6th-11th April. However,
priority of funds should be on IC.
