integratedintoWesternlife,havecreatedtheirownschools.

Our hypothesis is that the United States managed by an elite secret society, was reinforced by documentary

Overthepasttwohundredyears,withtheadventofKantinGermanphilosophy,wecanidentifytwoconflicting

Karl Marx in his "Capital" saw capitalism as thesis and antithesis of communism as. But that was completely

Therefore,wecansaythatourWesternhistoryjustarounddistorted,havingbeenheavilycensoredandgenerally
useless,asthehistoryofNaziGermany,theSovietUnionorCommunistChina.NoWesterninstitutionisnotto
subsidizeresearchonthesetopics.AfewWesternscholarsevensurviveifthesetopicswillbeengaged.And,of
course,nomajorpublisherisnoteasilyacceptajob,whichdiscussessuchissues.
In fact, there are mostly unwritten story, which tells about the events that are totally different from those
describedbyourtextbookssterilized.Ittellsthestoryofthedeliberatecreationofwars,revolutions,knowingly
financingforchangesofgovernmentandtheuseofconflicttoestablishaNewWorldOrder.
Further, the memorandum number two, we will describe the operational tools applied to create two revolutions
andaworldconflict.Inamemorandumofthreeandfour,weexaminethethesisandantithesisinanimportant
historicalepisode,namely,intheestablishmentandformationoftheSovietUnion(thesis)andNaziGermany(the
antithesis).
Inamemorandumtothefiveweexaminethecontinuationofthisdialecticalconflictinthelastfewdecadesby
theexampleoftoday'sAngolaandChina.WeshowthatthepurposeoftheOrderistocreateanewsynthesis,a
New World Order on the Hegelian model where the state built into an absolute, and the person is the one and

YouwouldthinkthatwithsuchalongglobalexperienceHarrimanacquiredindepthknowledge,understanding,a
senseofpeace.Buttherealityofhisworkscanonlyassumethatheorprettystupid,oroneofthefewpeopleon
theground,leavingitselfthemostmisleading.Hereisanexample.Articlewritten
Averell Harriman and published in the journal "Onion" October 3, 1967 under the title "From Stalin to Kosygin:
mythsandreality",states:
1."IntheearlytwentiesmyfirmparticipatedloanstofinancetradewithRussia.Likeothers,wefoundthatthe
newgovernmentisverycarefultofulfilltheirfinancialobligations."
In fact, the Soviets expropriated concession 20s, including Harriman owned, and usually without compensation.
Harriman was deceived by the Soviets with its manganese company in Georgia, and then he was persuaded to
take in compensation of $ 3 billion in Soviet banknotes (see. Document on pp. 6061). This Soviet
"compensation"actuallyputHarrimaninthepositionofthepersonauthorizingthefirstAmericanloantoRussiain
violationofUnitedStateslawagainstsuchloans.
ButwhatHarrimantoldJohnB.Stetson,Jr.oftheDepartmentofState(861.637Harriman):"Mr.Harrimansaid
that they will lose about $ 3 billion, they will be written off as an experiment." And it Harriman calls "a very
carefulexecutionoftheirfinancialobligations."
2. "From the Russian side the biggest concern brings the myth that America is run by" rulers ", consisting of
representativesofWallStreetandindustrialistsinterestedinthecontinuationoftheColdWarandthearmsrace,
tosupportthe"capitalist"economy.AnyonefamiliarwithAmericanpoliticsknowswhatnonsense."
Unfortunately, the Russian right mainly in regard to the political aspects of this. By making such a statement,
Harriman not only confirms the speculation Russian, but also deceives the audience readers "Bow", saying that
they(thecapitalists)areactuallyinvolvedinthemanagementofpoliticalaffairs.Comparethisstatementwiththe
acts of the Order, and you will see how the mind works Harriman sophisticated, not so much different from
Harriman,Sr.methods.
FromtheaboveofficialbiographyHarrimancanbeassumedthat,giventhedecadesspentinthepoliticalkitchen,
HarrimaniswellawareofthedependenceoftheSovietUniononWesterntechnology,andthefactthattheSoviet
Unioncouldnotdevelopitseconomywithoutthem.SoStalinandsaid
Harrimanin1944.HereisanexcerptfromthereportofAmbassadorHarrimaninMoscow,theStateDepartment
onJune30,1944:
"StalinpaidtributefortheassistanceprovidedbytheUnitedStatesofSovietindustrybeforeandduringthewar.
HesaidthatabouttwothirdsofallindustrialenterprisesintheSovietUnionwerebuiltwiththehelpoftheUnited
Statesorwiththeirtechnicalassistance"(theoriginalreporttotheUSDepartmentofState,file033.1161).
Stalin could have added that the remaining onethird of Soviet industry was built by British, German, French,
Italian, Finnish, Czech and Japanese companies. In short, Harriman, at least in 1944 had accurate information
about the fact that the West was built in the Soviet Union.Now look at the official biography Harriman with its
chainofassignmentsinNATO,ajointsecurityagency,theStateDepartment,foreignoffices,andsoon.Inthese
postsHarrimanactivelyfoughtforthestrengtheningofthemilitarypoweroftheUnitedStates.ButiftheSoviet
Unionwasconsideredanenemyin1947,wedidnotneedtobuildmassivedefenses.Wejustcoulddeprivehimof
histechnology.Sovietwasnotthetechnology,andHarrimanknewthattheSovietsdidnothavethetechnology.
Moreover,Harrimanwasattheforefrontofthosewhoadvocatedtheslogan"moretrade"withtheSovietUnion,
andtradeameansoftechnologytransfer.Inotherwords,whileHarrimanspenttwoopposingpolicies:
a)theestablishmentofSovietpowerbyexportofourtechnologyand
b)theestablishmentoftheWesterndefenseagainstthatpower.
Is not Hegelian dialectic? Thesis versus antithesis, then conflict, leading to a new synthesis. The following
memoranda we will show how Harriman companions in the Brotherhood authorities have treated with this
programcreateaconflict.
Moreover,Harrimanisextremelysensitive,whenquestioned"sanctity"ofitspositionasexpressedinthephrase:
"IamalwaysrightwhenitcomestotheSoviets."
Amemorableeventoccurredin1971,whenEdward(Teddy)VayntalattendedadinnerpartywithHarriman,who
gavehisusualphrase:"IfirstwarnedabouttheSovietthreat..."
Vayntal interrupted. When collecting material for his book Vayntal found in the national archives documents
mentioning Harriman, like us reproduced below. In particular, Vayntal quoted a telegram from the State
Department February 12, 1944 from Harriman to Roosevelt. Vayntal said: "You claimed that convinced the
SovietsintentionnottoestablishacommunistgovernmentinPoland."
Thenthe79yearoldHarrimanjumpedupfromthedinnertableandwavedhisfistsinthe70yearoldVayntalya.
Harrimanshouted:"Ifyoutypesomethinglikethisinhisbook,I'llbreakyoutothejaw."
Saidanexcitedhostbarelyseparatethetwo,butafterthat,asacorrespondentofthenewspaper"Washington
Post" has learned the details of an argument (see. "Washington Post" on March 17, 1971 material Meksayna
Cheshire).

"GuarantyTrustCompany"
This company was founded in 1864 in New York. Over the next hundred years, the banking firm expanded
rapidly,absorbingotherbanksandtrustsin 1910 it merged with "Morton Trust Company," in 1912, "Standard
Trust Company," and in 1929 with the National Commercial Bank. Company J. P.Morgana effectively controlled
the"GuarantyTrust'in1912whenMrs.EdwardHarriman(motherofRolandandAverell)solditsportionofthe
8000sharesofatotalof20,000,whichitwasnecessarytopayJPMorgan.By 1954, "Guaranty Trust" became
themostimportantcompanycontrolledbythebankJPMorgan,andthemergedcompanybecameknownin1954
as"MorganGuarantyCompany."
The initial capital for the "Guaranty Trust" came from the Whitney family, the Rockefellers, and Vanderbilts
Harrimans (all of them are represented in the Order). Mark also serves on the boards of family members of
"Guaranty Trust" throughout the period under review. Harry Payne Whitney (member of the Order since 1894)
inheritedthetwostatesof"StandardOil"fromfamilyandPayneWhitney.G.P.Uitniwasthedirectorof"Guaranty
Trust," as his father William S.Uitni (in the Order since 1863). Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt (member of the Order
since 1899) represented the Vanderbilt family until he drowned in a shipwreck "Lusitania" in 1915. (His sister
GertrudemarriedsaidHarryPayneWhitney).The strength of the Order can be seen in the strange case where
GwynneVanderbiltsatinNewYorkonthe"Lusitania"beforeitsfatefulvoyage.Beforedeparting"Lusitania"was
taken on board a telegram in which Vanderbilt warns of the need to postpone the trip, but he did not get the
telegram.Anddrownedwiththesteamer.

Inshort,theOrderhasbeencloselyassociatedwiththecompanies'GuarantyTrust"and"MorganGuaranty"long
before1912,whenMrs.EdwardHarrimansoldherstakeinJPMorgan.AfterthetransferofthesesharesAverell
Harriman was in the Council of "Guaranty Trust." The following members of the Order were also part of the
"GuarantyTrustCompany"anditsdirectorswere:
Harold Stanley (member of the Order since 1908), in 1885 the birth of the son of William Stanley, inventor
associated with the company "General Electric". Stanley prepared to Yale University in the school for the elite
Hotchkiss,Lakeville,Conn.Anoutstandingathlete,StanleygraduatedfromYalein1908andwasadmittedtothe
Order.
AfterYalejoinedtheNationalBankofAlbany,andthen,between1913and1915yearwaswithJGWhite,known
forthecompilationofthefirstfiveyearplanfortheSovietUnion.In1915,Stanleybecamethevicepresidentof
the "Guaranty Trust." From 1921 to 1928 he was president of the company, and then a partner in the firm JP
Morgan,replacingWilliamMorrow.From1935until1941hewaspresidentofthe"MorganStanleyandK,then
until1955apartnerwithlimitedliabilityuntilhisdeathin1963.
In short, a member of the Order was the vicepresident and then president of the "Guaranty Trust. Company
"from1915to1928theyearsoftheBolshevikrevolutionandtheascentofHitlertopowerinGermany.

talents were used in the Order. Brush became a member of the Order of the francmasons, freemason of the

BrushwasborninStillwater,Minnesota,in1877,andfinishedArmurskyInstituteofTechnology.Bychance,the
first of its occupation in 1890 was the site of a clerk in Chicago "Franklin McVeigh company. A member of the
Order since 1862 Franklin McVeigh was a member of the US Treasury, and then the Minister of Finance (1909
1913).UnderPresidentWilliamH.Taft(MemberoftheOrdersince1878)
Face of McVeigh, unlike Brother, it is not so easy to identify, in 1913, he resigned from the Ministry of Finance
and resigned as trustee of the University of Chicago. By 1919, he was involved in the nonpayment of sums of
money,"Russelltrusts."Wehaveacopyofthenoticetopaydebts,sentin1919,thepresidentof"NewYorkLife"

Moreover, Brush was President of Barnsdall Corporation and Georgian Manganese Company in (we'll see how

About the book, published in 1974, we presented major evidence that Wall Street helped the Bolshevik
Revolution.Mostly, money, weapons and uniforms, as well as diplomatic support in London and Washington. In
his book "Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution" also expresses the idea described Kvingli that Morgan's

We have a copy of a memorandum written by a member of the Order, which summed up the intentions of the
Order in respect of the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. The Memorandum was written by Thomas D.Techerom
(Member of the Order since 1904), a partner in the on Wall Street law firm "Simpson Thacher & BarLett."
Address Thacher was 120 Broadway. Today, the law firm, now located on the Plaza BETTER, owns the largest
buildingonWallStreet,andherpartneristheformerSecretaryofStateCyrusVance("ScrollEndKey").
In1917,ThatcherwasinRussiawiththeRedCrossmissionWilliamBoyceTomis.AfterconsultationsinNewYork,
ThacherwassenttoLondontonegotiatewithLordNorthcliffeoftheBolshevikrevolution,andthentoParisfor
thesamenegotiationswiththeFrenchgovernment.
MemorandumThachernotonlyinsistsontherecognitionoftheexistinghardSovietgovernment,whichin1918
controlledonlyaverysmallpartofRussia,butalsorequirestheprovisionofmilitaryaidtotheSovietArmyand
theimplementationoftheintervention,topreventthepenetrationoftheJapaneseinSiberia,whiletheBolsheviks
didnotprevail.
HerearethemainpointsofthememorandumThacher:
"Firstofall,...alliesmustpreventtheJapaneseinterventioninSiberia.Secondly,itshouldbegivenallpossible
assistance to the Soviet Government in its efforts to organize a volunteer revolutionary army. Third, the Allied
GovernmentsshouldgivetheirmoralsupporttotheRussianpeopleintheireffortstodeveloptheirownpolitical
system, free from the influence of any foreign power ... Fourth, as the norm until the end of open conflict
betweentheGermanandSovietgovernments,therewillbethepossibilityofpeacefulcommercialpenetrationby
German companies in Russia, as there is no break in relations between Germany and Russia is likely to be
impossibletocompletelypreventsuchcommercialactivity.Therefore,youshouldtakestepstoobstructionof,as
faraspossible,theexportofgrainandrawmaterialsfromRussiatoGermany".(Thefulltextofthedocumentis

Thereadershouldpayspecialattention,inparticular,thesecondsentence:"Inthesecondplace,shouldbegiven
allpossibleassistancetotheSovietGovernmentinitseffortstoorganizeavolunteerrevolutionaryarmy."About
thisassistancereferredtoinmybook"NationalSuicide:MilitaryaidtotheSovietUnion."
Itwasacovertpolicyadoptedatthehighestlevels,inabsolutesecrecy,theUnitedStatesand,tosomeextent,
the "Group" (especially Milner) in the UK. Apparently Thacher negotiations with the French government did not
bringmuchsuccess.
When President Woodrow Wilson sent US troops to keep the TransSiberian Railway, he personally gave secret
instructions to General William S.Greyvsu. We have not found these instructions (although we know that they
exist), but a careful study of available records shows that American intervention had little to do with the anti
Bolshevikactivities,asapprovedbytheBoard,GeorgeKennanandotherwriters.
Councils were so grateful for American help in the revolution that in 1920, when the last US troops left
Vladivostok,theBolsheviksstagedtheirfriendlyfarewell.
That'swhatreportedFebruary15,1920"NewYorkTimes":
"Vladivostok1February(AssociatedPress).Todayistheseconddaythecitycelebratesthecompleteliberationfromthe
power of Kolchak parades, street rallies and speeches. Red flags are flown on government buildings, many business
establishmentsandhomes.
There is a pronounced proAmerican sentiment. Before the American headquarters revolutionary leaders climbed the
stairslocatedinfrontofthebuilding,andintheirspeechescalledrealfriendstheAmericans,whoatacriticalmoment
savedtheexistingmovement.Peopleinsistonanoninterferencepolicycollaborationduringtheoccupationofthecity
andfortheassistanceinthepeacefulresolutionofthesituation."
Typically, the messages do not agree with the line pursued by the establishment, jammed or radio services, or
scribes in the major newspapers (small newspapers, unfortunately, follow the "New York Times"). This same
messageispassedunchanged.
In fact, the United States captured the TransSiberian Railway, and kept it up as long as the Soviets did not
maturedenoughtocontrolit.TheEnglishandtheFrenchmilitarymissioninSiberia,notedtheunusualactionsof
theUnitedStatesArmy.
WithregardtotheaidoftheSovietArmy,theStateDepartmenthasevidencethattheBolsheviksweresupplied
weapons and equipment. And in 1919, when Trotsky spoke publicly to the antiAmerican speeches, he also
requestedAmbassadorFrancistosendUSmilitaryinspectionteamsfortrainingthenewSovietArmy.(See.My
book "National suicide" Aldington House, New York, 1974, as well as the "Wall Street and the Bolshevik
Revolution,"ibid,1974).
OrderinfavoroftheSovietsintheUnitedStates
And yet it is in Washington and London, the Order has provided real help to the Soviets. Order could not only
preventmilitaryactionagainsttheBolsheviks,butmuddythewatersinpolitics,that,despitetheofficialban,it
becamepossibletosupplyfromtheUnitedStatesinRussiavitalrawmaterialsandproducts,andultimatelyeven
loans.
FromthefollowingdocumentscanbeseenasmembersoftheOrderwereabletomaintaintheSovietambitions
intheUnitedStates.Atthattime,astheDepartmentofJusticewouldsendtoRussiathesocalled"red",within
theUSgovernmentactedfarmorepowerfulforcetokeepafloatbarelyrisingtohisfeettheSovietUnion.
Thefollowingletter(see.P.59),directedbyAmosPinchot(memberoftheOrdersince1897).HisbrotherGeorge
conservativePinchot,wasalsoamemberoftheOrdersince1889.Amos Pinchot the founder of the American
Civil Liberties Union, he actively assisted the Soviets in the early days of the Bolshevik revolution. The letter
illustrates this assistance. It was sent to a certain Santeri Nuorteva November 22, 1918, just a year after the
1917revolution.In a letter Pinchot says that "he heartily sympathized Nuorteva views on the situation and the
workthatitperforms."
Who was Nuorteva? This was another name Alexander Nyberg, the Soviet representative in the United States.
Nyberg worked in the Soviet Bureau, which initially covered up the name "Finnish Information Office" together
with Ludwig S.A.K.Martensom, first Soviet representative and former vicepresident of the company, "Weinberg
and Posner." The New York office of the company is located at 120 Broadway! Assistant Nyberg was Kenneth
Durant,anAmericannewspaperman,whothenwasaTASScorrespondentintheUnitedStatesandatonetime
was the adjutant, "Colonel" William House, a mysterious man Wilson administration. Director of the Trade

TradewasvitaltothesurvivaloftheSovietUnion,in1919allRussianfactoryandtransportstopped.Therewas

For help Evans Clark turned to the Order. May 29, 1919 Amos Pinchot wrote to a colleague, a member of the
"Scully&Bonzo"andstrongRepublicanWilliamKenttolifttheblockadeoftheSoviets.WilliamKent(memberof
theOrdersince1887)wasintheUnitedStatesTariffCommission,and,inturn,wrotetoSenatorLenrutuwitha
requesttointerviewthe"professor"EvansClark.(AlbertKent,hisfather,wasamemberoftheOrdersince1853
andmarriedthedaughterofThomasThacher,amemberoftheOrderfrom1835year).
Inshort,thetwomembersoftheOrderofPinchotandKenttogetherandpresentedunsuspectingsenatorknown
Bolshevik leader. Neither one nor the other member of the Order not reported senator Lenrutu about Clark
belongingtotheSovietBureau.
HowtoOrderdevelopedbackwardSovietUnion
Intheperiodbetween1917and1921,theCouncilextendeditscontrolinRussiatoSiberiaandtheCaucasus.As
we have noted, the United States intervened in Siberia along the TransSiberian Railway. In versions of the
SovietsandGeorgeKennanaboutUSinterventionstatedthatitwasantiSoviet.Infact,therewasnothinglike
that.UStroopsdeployedonlytokeepoutthebackboneoftheJapanese,butnottips.WhentheAmericanswent
throughVladivostok,theSovietauthoritiesstagedanoisyfarewelltoUStroops.ButthisisanotherUntoldStory,

Before the Soviets there was immediate problem: the recovery of nonRussian factories. This required raw
materials, technically skilled workforce and working capital. A key role in the restructuring of the Russian
Caucasusoilfieldsplayed.TheyconstitutedthemainpartofRussia'snaturalresources.Themostimportantfield
inBakuwasdevelopedinthe1870s.In1900,itprovidedmorethancrudeoilthantheUnitedStates,andin1901
morethanhalfofthecrudeoilproducedintheworld.OilfieldsoftheCaucasushaveexperiencedtherevolution
andinterventionwithoutmuchstructuraldamage,andbecameanimportantfactorintherecoveryoftheSoviet
economy,intermsofvalueproducingabout20percentoftotalexports,anditwasthesinglelargestsourceof
foreignexchange.
The Bolsheviks took over the Caucasus in 19201921 years., But by 1923 oil drilling almost ceased. Duringthe
firstyearofSovietrule"...nonewwellsdidnotproduceoil"(USStateDepartment,316137221),oreventwo
yearsaftertheSovietoccupationwasnotthediscoveryofnewoilfields.Inaddition,deepeningoldwellsvirtually
ceased.Asaresult,theyenteredthewater,andtheflowofcrudeoilturnedintonowheresuitablemixtureofoil
and water. Objective indicators show poor state of maintenance of oil fields, their operation and performance.
StatisticsgivesapictureoftotalcollapseafterthearrivaloftheSoviets.In1900,Russiawastheworld'slargest
producer and exporter of crude oil. required to drill almost 50,000 feet per month to maintain this level of
productioninoneBaku.Bythebeginningof1921,theaveragemonthlydrillingdroppedtoabout370feet(thisis
0.7%ofthelevelin1900),while162rigswereinoperation.
Thenthechairmanofthe"Azneft"(theSoviettrustoilproduction)Serebrovskiiproposedrecoveryprograminan
article in the newspaper "Pravda". In 1923 it was planned to increase oil drilling to 35,000 yards per year
(245,000feet).Todothiswouldrequire35turbodrills(fordrilling77,000feet)and157hammerdrill(fordrilling
130,000 feet). Serebrovskii stressed that "Azneft" has no turbodrills and that Russian industry can not deliver
them.Adrillingusingturbodrillswasessentialforthesuccessfulimplementationofthisplan.
Further, he wrote: "And it is in this American capital will support us. The American company "International
BarnsdallCorporation"submittedaplan...lackofequipmentdoesnotallowustoincreaseproductionoftheBaku
oil industry on their own. ... The American firm will supply equipment, will start drilling in the oil fields and
organizeoildeeppumpsintechnicalterms..."("Pravda",September21,1922).
In the next few years, said Serebrovskii company together with "MANUFACTURING Lucy" and other companies,
equipmentmanufacturesforforeignoilfields,executetheprogramasoutlinedin"Pravda".Theequipmentwas
importedfromtheUnitedStatesinlargequantities.Itwasputintooperationturbodrillingprogram,drillingcrews
"Azneft" familiar with their operational issues, oil production was reorganized by drilling deep wells with electric
pumps.
ThefirstconcessionwassignedinOctober1921,andthentwomoreagreementsweresignedinSeptember1922.
Thereisnodoubtthat"Barnsdall"actuallyworkedontheseagreements.The"Pravda"reportedthedirectionofa
group of American oil companies in the oil industry, and a few months before the United States consulate in
Istanbultransferred,thatarepresentativeoftheCaucasusPhilippeChetburnproceededonthewayfromRussia.
InthearchivesoftheUSDepartmentofStateprovidesanentertainingexcerptfromremarksRykovinOctober
1922:"InarelativelybrightspotintheRussianoilindustryis,andthisislargelyduetothefactthatanumberof
USworkersarrivedattheoilfieldstomonitortheirwork."(USDepartmentofState,microforms316.107.1167).
Whoorwhatwasbehindthecompany"BarnsdallCorporation"?
ChairmanofthecompanywasMatthewS.Brash,whichwehavepreviouslydefinedasa"figurehead"oftheOrder.
The company owned the "Guarantee Trust", "Lie", "Harriman and Company U.A.Garriman" and "International
BarnsdallCorporation"75%ownedbythecompany"BarnsdallCorporation,"and25%"H.MaysonDay".
Interests"GuarantyTrust"waspresentedbyEugeneV.Stetsonom(alsoVicePresidentof"Guaranty"),whoseson
EugeneV.StetsonJr.wasadmittedtotheOrderin1934.Interests"LeeHshtinson"werepresentedbyFrederick
Winthrop Allen (Member of the Order since 1900). In short, the Order of the controlled company "Barnsdall
Corporation."
AnotherpotentiallythelargestsourceofforeigncurrencybytheSovietsinthe1920stherewerelargedepositsof
manganeseinRussia.In1913,TsaristRussiasupplied520globalmanganeseexports,about76%ofwhich,or
onemilliontonswasminedfromdepositsofChiaturaintheCaucasus.Productionin1920waszero,andby1924
it rose to only about 320,000 tons per year. The main problem was that "primitive equipment which was
consideredextremelyinappropriate,evenatprewarstandards,seriouslyhinderedthefurtherdevelopment."
Chiaturadeposit,locatedonthehighplateau,andataconsiderabledistancefromBatum,developedaprimitive
way, the ore was transported by donkey from the mountains to the railways. Along the way, the track width
change, and manganese had overloaded between the start of loading and port. Already in the port of ore

Under the agreement on concession with Harriman mechanization of mines and the conversion of the manual
productionprocessinMechanicalitwasspent4milliondollars.Theywerebuiltoreprocessingfactoryandloading
elevator in Poti capacity of 2 million tons rail system with an air tram to transport manganese ore was
constructed. The costs were estimated around 2 million to the railway system and one million in the
mechanizationofthemines.
ChairmanoftheGeorgianManganeseCompany,ieHarrimancompaniesoperatinginthispartofRussia,wasnone
otherthanthe"frontman"OrderMatthewS.Brash.
OrderistoostrongtoallowaStateDepartmentinvestigation
As soon as the Order carried out his plans for the development of Russia, the State Department could not do

information on the manganese deposits Harriman was derived from overseas, the Embassy took her out of the

In other words, Averell Harriman dragged the illegal project, bypassing the US government. If it is not

Now we come to a truly amazing time. The US government was not informed UA Harriman and Company
"Guaranty Trust" about the intention to invest $ 4 million for the development of Soviet manganese deposits.

Order controlled all nonstrategic positions related to the Soviet Union. It seems that nothing escaped his
attention.Forexample,anglorusskayaChamberofCommercewasestablishedin1920withtheaimofdeveloping
tradewithRussia,whatisdesperatelyneededtheSovietstorestoredormantindustry.AkeypostintheHouse,
as chairman of its executive committee, held R.Bertron Samuel (in the Order since 1885), vicepresident of
"GuarantyTrust"andaformermemberoftheRootmissiontoRussiain1917.ElihuRoot,chairmanofthemission
was, of course, personal attorney William Collins Whitney (member of the Order since 1863), one of the key
figuresoftheOrder.

representativeintheadministrationofthenewTradeBankofMoscowandhastherighttocontrolitsactivities.In
particular,itisastatementofProfessorCassel:

letter Bertrona, "Guaranty Trust" turned over Russian trade credits. "Guaranty Trust" bank concluded an
agreement with the Council and appointed Vice President "Guaranty Trust" Max Mey director of the foreign

LawfirmsOrder
Law firms in the New York establishment, part of which was founded by members of the Order are closely
connected with the banks, and in particular with those firms "levers" of the revolution, which has already been
mentioned.
Take, for example, the company "Simpson Thacher and Bartlett", located in 1920 at 120 Broadway. It was
foundedbyThomasThacher(MemberoftheOrdersince1871)in1884.HissonThomasDayThacher(memberof
theOrdersince1904)workedatthefamilylawfirmaftergraduatingfromYaleUniversityandjoiningtheOrder.
Junior Thomas Thacher went to work for Henry L. Simpson (Member of the Order since 1888), a very active
member of the Order. Around this time, Thatcher, written statement of the Order of the Bolshevik Revolution,
became friends with Felix Frankferterom and Raymond Robins. According to the extensive documentation as
FranferterandRobinprovidedsignificantassistancetotheSoviets.
Anotherlinkbetweentherevolutionof1917andthecompany"SimpsonThacherandBartlett,"isthedaughterof
ThomasAnthonyThacher(intheOrdersince1885),whichenteredintomarriagewithWilliamKent(intheOrder
since 1887). The latter is attributed to a member of the Order of Thomas Pinchot in light of his actions in the
WashingtondiplomaticcorpsduringtheRussianintervention.
In addition, a member of the Order of Samuel Bertron participated in 1917 in the mission Ruta in Russia. And
Thomas Thacher (member of the Order since 1904) was a member of the mission of the Red Cross with Allan
Wardwell, son of Thomas Wardwell, treasurer "Standard Oil" and a partner in another law firm on Wall Street,

World Order. After the Second World War, the Order stepped in front of the need to create a new dialectical
situation,tocontributetostrengtheningtheconflictandachieveahigherlevelofsynthesis.

unusual gaps. This document paved the way for the construction with the help of Western technologies more

thePortugueseoppressorsledtotheindependentmovementinwhichtheMarxistswonthe"democratic"forces.
It is a false view. If the Portuguese were colonizers in Angola, the Boston Brahmins in Massachusetts also
colonizers. Luanda, the capital of Angola, was founded by the Portuguese in 1575, half a century before the

nothingimportantishappeningandthathewouldbegratefultomeifItookupthematterandlookwhetheryou
candosomething.Iaskedhimforpermissiontospeakafewminutesaboutthesituationandsaidthefollowing:
"ThePortuguesearedeeplyoffendedbythefactthat,intheiropinion,theUnitedStatesabandonedthem,if,in
fact,notenteredintothisalliancewiththeirenemies.Theproblem,itseemstome,notsomuchinnegotiations
withthePortuguese,butinthedirectionofUSpolicy.ThebattlewillbemoreinWashingtonthaninLisbon."
ThenDeanAchesoncommentedonthetopic,obviously,alreadyknowntoPresidentKennedyoftheUnitedStates
supportedrevolutionarymovementsinAngola:
"ThepresidentthenaskedmewhyIwassosure.thatundercurrentconditionsthereisnochancefortalks.Itold
him that as he may be aware, we are actually subsidizing Portugal enemies and that the Portuguese strongly
suspectusinthis,eventhoughtheycannotproveit.Kennedysaidthatthepurposeofsuchactionsisthedesire
topreventthattheAngolannationalistmovementfellintothehandsoftheCommunistsandGhanaetc.and to
keep it as far as possible in a more "moderate" hands. I said I quite understand that, but this is unlikely to
understandPortuguese.WearealsoengagedinsecretredeploymentofAngolansfromAngolaandtrainthemin

underthecontroloftheOrder.
Marxists led by the MPLA leader Agostinho Neto gained control over Angola.Order together with powerful allies
amongmultinationalsputtingpressureonthenextadministrationtopreserveAngolaastheCubanSovietbasein
SouthAfrica.
Even in 1975, the United States, together with South Africa completed the present invasion of Angola. At the
crucial moment when South African forces could reach Luanda, the US stopped aid. South Africa had no choice
buttoretreat.ShelearnedthehardwaythattheUnitedStatesagainsttheMarxistsonlyformally.Inpractice,the

establishment.This article discusses support for multinational US Angolan Marxists under the heading "Friendly
Enemy:UScompaniesrequirecarefromAngola,reduceassistancetotherebels"(talkingabouttheantiMarxist
rebelsofUNITAforcesunderthecommandofSavimbi,whichhelpedSouthAfrica).

Similarly,wehaveestablishedtheBushfamily'sinvolvementintheinitialdevelopmentoftheSovietUnion,then
in the financing of the Nazis and not so obviously, behind the scenes, in Angola, we find one of Bush in a new
dialecticalarm:CommunistChina.
In1971,NixonappointedMr.George"Poppy"Bush'sUSrepresentativeintheUNdespitethefactthatBushhad
no prior diplomatic experience. As the chief US delegate to Bush China was responsible for the defense of the
republic,theoriginalmembersoftheUnitedNationsfreeenterprise,fromtheattackoftheChineseCommunists.
With the support of the United States a great power, Bush stupidly disgraced: Republic of China has been
excludedfromtheUNandCommunistChinatookitsplace.Shortlyafterthisfiasco,BushlefttheUnitedNations
andbecamechairmanoftheRepublicanNationalCommittee.
This is not the place to tell the entire history of American involvement in Chinese affairs. It began with the
interventionofWallStreetintheRevolutionSunYatsenin1911withhistory,stillunknowntothepublicnorm.
During the 2nd World War the US helped the Chinese Communists come to power. As wrote one Chinese
authority,ChinTongliaoofGeneralJosephW.Stilwell,thechiefUSrepresentativeinChinafrom1942to1944,
"fromthepointofviewofthestruggleagainstcommunism...(Stilwell)hadagreatdisservicetoChina."
However, Stilwell only carrying out the orders of Washington, comes from General George C. Marshall. And,as

SERBIARANGE"NEWWORLDORDER"
Russia and Serbia are linked Destiny. For centuries, the political conflicts in the Balkans anyway necessarily

As a result of the destruction of the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia on the world map, a host of states which
previously or never existed (Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina), or have very
limitedexperienceofindependentstatehood(Georgia,Estonia,Latvia,LithuaniaCroatia).
2. The international community is justifiably considered abnormal and temporary separate existence of the
Germanpeople,ithasundertakenandundertakeseverythingpossibletosmoothoutthecontradictionsbetween
NorthandSouthKorea.Buttheinternationalcommunityconsidersnormal,forexample,thedivisionbetweenthe
two states of the Ossetians. The Serbs also in this context are a unique nation: after the destruction of the
SocialistFederalRepublicofYugoslavia(SFRY),theywereseparatedbythebordersofthreeindependentstates.
ThefourthpartoftheSerbstodayliveoutsidetheterritoryoftheSFRY.
AsimilarsituationexistsinthepostSovietspace,whereoneofthegreatestnationsoftheworldRussianhas
been divided in accordance with the administrative borders of the former USSR. Russia's attempts to defend
Russianand"Russianspeaking"populationintherepublicsofformerSovietrepublicscauseasharprejectionof
theneighborsandaccusationsofmeddlingininternalaffairs.
3. The international community has applied a fullscale sanctions against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
Today, though still fairly quiet start to voices on the possibility of imposing sanctions against Russia. Scenario
