subdivided into separate and distinct lots, per approved

5. Petitioner is ready, willing and able to pay the required

fees.
 WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that this petition
be granted and separate and distinct certificates of title be
issued in the name of the Petitioner on the basis of the
approved plan and technical description submitted.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, under the premises are

likewise prayed for.

1. That I am the duly elected and qualified Corporate Secretary of

LYRR Realty Development Corporation (the Corporation), a
corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office
and place of business at 3 rd floor, Deca Corporate Center,
Panganiban Drive, Naga City.

2. That in a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the

Corporation held last March 21, 2017, at which a quorum was
present, the following resolutions were unanimously approved, to
wit:

RESOLVED, that the Directors of the

Corporation, appoint and designate RICHARD T.
ROCHA to be the authorized representative of
LYRR Realty Development Corporation to file
and sign the petition for issuance of separate
Transfer Certificate of Title before the Registry
of Deeds of Naga;

RESOLVED FURTHER that RICHARD T. ROCHA,

as the authorized representative to act for and
in behalf of the Corporation and to sign,
execute and deliver any and all documents
relative to thereto in connection with this
authority.
