Evaluation Instruments:
final quizzes; case studies/scenarios; course evaluations
Evaluation Overview:
Employees quiz ratings will be a major factor in if the training was developed and
delivered in an effective way. A score of 80% or better is deemed to be a passing
score; if learners on a large scale do not achieve that score the entire program will
need to be revamped. Learners will also be asked to complete course evaluations at
the end of both the instructor led and the web-based trainings. The ratings and
feedback received here will be used to critique the effectiveness as well as the
relevance of the training. In addition to determining if the course was successful or
not, the training team will be looking to see of learners feel this was a waste of their
time. Revisions will be made to the training based on feedback received from learners
and refresher training will be provided on a periodic basis. In addition, a video version
of this training will be made available so that learners are able to refer back to it at
any given time.
