Govtech Leader Attracting Top Talent

Govtech-leading company SeamlessGov announces several world class hires including CTO, COO
and CPO.

New York, NY, March 28, 2017 --(PR.com)-- SeamlessGov, the Government Innovation Company and
leader in online forms and workflow solutions, announced executive changes today, headlined by the
promotion of ex-Googler and VP of Engineering Dave Nicponski to Chief Technology Officer.
Nicponski, who's been with the company for over a year, has fully taken the reins of the technical side of
the business, spurring the change. Widely recognized in the field of software development, Nicponski
will look to take the SeamlessGov platform to new heights as CTO.

Under Nicponski's leadership, SeamlessGov has scaled its engineering team and established a technical
culture of rigor with the three guiding principles of Performance, Correctness, and Beauty. He has
introduced a number of cutting edge technologies including Kubernetes, Prometheus, Finagle, React, to
produce a truly next generation offering.

Of the new CTO, Founder & CEO Jonathon Ende said, VP of Engineering is such a crucial position and
since Dave has come onboard he has gone beyond what was expected of him. He has taken true
ownership of our technology and I'm tremendously excited to see what's next with Dave as CTO.

SeamlessGov also announced the hiring Chief Operations Officer David Blanke, who joins the team after
being a close advisor to the company. Blanke, a former executive at Clarifai and SailThru, brings deep
experience in operational efficiency and scaling a startup. He built a number of functions at mar-tech
powerhouse SailThru and worked most recently at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence at Clarifai.

Additionally, Co-Founder and former CTO, Jose Chachi Camejo was named Chief Product Officer,
tasked with continuing the innovation of a platform that recently rolled out the first CRM for government,
the GRM or Government Relationship Manager. Camejo, who built the original platform (formerly
Bizodo) has shifted his focus fully to product as CPO, building out the product roadmap and feature
improvements.

Bringing on Blanke and Nicponski, as well as former Administrator of the GSA Dan Tangherlini as
General Manager of SeamlessDocs Federal earlier in the year, marks a moment in SeamlessGov's
company arc as top talent is now flocking to the Govtech innovator. With hundreds of governments on
their platform and offices in San Francisco, Washington DC and NYC (HQ) SeamlessGov will look to
bring on the best of the best as they grow.
