Last Friday, Commander of the Combined Forces Command, Gen. Walter L. Sharp, hosted the 66th graduating class of the Korean Naval Academy for a visit to Yongsan Army
Garrison. Here Sharp addresses the cadets after a commemorative photo was taken on the stairs of the CFC Headquarters. During their visit, the cadets received a briefing

Expired Visa, Korea announces amnesty program


For persons that have let their Visa expire, the Korean Ministry of Justice has a limited
time frame program, to exempt them from fines and the customary re-entry ban.

The Korean Immigration Office will not impose penalties on foreigners, based on the
history of an illegal presence in Korea, if they voluntarily apply for a new visa. The
deadline for the program is Aug. 31, 2010.

Offenders who are discovered by the authorities will face fines, deportation and a ban
on re-entry.

Families tour Tricare approved civilian hospital
