ABOUT THE COMPANY

A Restaurant is started by us with a name ANGAN RESTAURANT- (Swad MAA ke
hath ka) was founded recently in 2017, its an emerging start-up in India. Since our inception
we have worked very hard to give our customers the best possible way to eat healthy food
with a natural touch. With the same moral we started this organization for the food lovers for
those who fond of homemade food or utensils made naturally like by mud.

There is famous quote about the utensils made from MUD i.e. EARTHENWARE that it
will kill many diseases and increases Metabolism and Virility.

Clay being alkaline in nature helps in neutralizing the pH balance of the food by interacting
with the acid present in the food. Foods that are naturally acidic will acquire some natural
sweetness. Acids in foods like tomatoes when cooked in earthen pots give the food a
wonderful taste.

With this dream we started our restaurant to serve the best to our customer we offer
simultaneously serving food in other utensils according to our customer taste and preferences.

Our Vision
To be recognized leaders and cure of all Health Problems with a Healthy and nutritious
food
Our Mission
To enhance the mindset of people, as well as to make them familiar of Indian Earthenware
products

SCM for a timely Home delivery.
Characteristics of our ERP are:-
Scalability: An ERP system is easily scalable. That means adding new functionality
to the system as the business needs change is easy. This could mean easy management
of new processes, departments, and more.
Improved reporting: Much of the inefficiency in operational work stems from
improper reporting. With an ERP system, this possibility is eliminated as reporting
follows an automated template system, allowing various departments to access
information seamlessly.
Lower cost of operations: An ERP system introduces fundamental innovations in
managing resources, which eliminates delays and thus reduces cost of operations. For
instance, use of mobility allows real-time collection of data, which is indispensable to
lowering costs.
Better CRM: A direct benefit of using a good ERP system is improved customer
relations as a result of better business processes.
Better supply chain: Having the right ERP system in place means improved
procurement, inventory, demand forecasting, etc., essentially improving the entire
supply chain and making it more responsive.
Regulatory compliance: Having the system in control means organizations can better
comply with regulations. Further, the most important and recurring regulatory
requirements can be built right into the system.

Role of technology in Restaurants

Pre-arrival- from when customers decide they want to come to the restaurant until
they arrive at the restaurant.
Post-arrival- from when customers arrive at the restaurant to when they are seated.
Preprocess- from when customers are seated at the restaurant until they receive their
first food order.
In-process- from when they receive their order until they request payment.
Post-process- from when they request payment until they leave the restaurant.
Table turnover- from when customers leave until the table is reseated.

Choosing & Implementing the ERP on the basis of

SIZE If there is one fact that is true, all software is not created equal. And certainly not equal
in size. From the small spectrum of Microsoft Dynamics applications, to the mid-range like
Infor Lawson and Oracle, to the very high end like SAP, it is important to buy the application
that make sense from a size perspective. After all, you dont want to buy a semi-truck to go
grocery shopping. When we talk about size its important to consider all the following:

Number of stores
Number of States or Countries youre operating in
Number of Employees
Overall Sales
Number of assets, fixed or otherwise
Its very likely that answering the above items will narrow your search to a few
applications you can choose from.

MODULES Every business operates differently. In todays technologically advanced

marketplace, what gives you the competitive edge might be a very small differentiator? It is
important to ensure that the application you select can handle all the aspects of your business,
otherwise you will need to continue to buy more and more software. Some of the areas you
may want to consider are:

Human Resources and Payroll

Benefits
Talent management
Employee and Manager Self-Service Portal
Staff Scheduling
General Ledger / Strategic Ledger
Asset Management and Lease Management
Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
Vendor and Customer Self-Service Portal
Inventory Control (Receiving, Matching, Warehouse, Shipping and Delivery)
Purchasing
Revenue Cycle (Billing and Revenue)
IMPLEMENTATION TIME Implementation time often goes hand in hand with company
size and software size and can vary from weeks to months. It is important to have a good
grasp on the level of effort involved here to make sure its a good fit for your organization.

INTEGRATION Its not likely that youre going to find an application these days that
doesnt have to interact with other applications to some degree. Whether its reporting TALX
I9 information, or Payroll data to the IRS, the integration tools available with your software
application can be a key determiner of success in your implementation. We work with our
clients to determine all their integration needs and evaluate the potential applications for
viability.

REPORTING Business intelligence may be a new-age term but enterprise reporting is as old
as time. Getting relevant, actionable information out of your system and into executive hands
can be the key differentiator in your enterprise success. Working with different software
vendors, we ensure that all our clients BI needs are met.

MOBILE In an ever increasing mobile-first environment, you want a software partner who is
mobile first. Many ERP applications are dozens of years old and have proven the business
model of their application on the web. It is however becoming more and more important that
you choose a vendor who has a real roadmap for mobility and cloud based applications.

AVAILABLE TALENT One of the most overlooked criteria for choosing an application is
available resources. Each software application has an eco-system of consultants and service
providers that work with the client base to maintain and implement the software application.
Depending on your geographic area and the application you choose, you may find that this
can be a challenge that is not easily overcome. While finding available consultants shouldnt
be on the top of your list of criteria, it certainly has its place on the list.
