XXXXX, Mr. Woods and Ms. Reiter were involved in the circle and I believe they can answer the question about
next steps and if parents need to be involved. We can discuss this at our meetings.

As far as Ms. XXXXXXX that is a HR issue that I cannot discuss but can let you know that we are following the
teacher contract. She is owed due process with her union in situations such as these and I am the person
currently handling that.

I know this doesn't answer all of your questions but do know we are doing what is needed to work with the
teacher.

Jackie and Drew will work with the students and their families.

Good Morning,

Yes, as Ms. Hester shared I will be meeting with students after spring break to follow up on the situation.
Unfortunately that is my role in this incident. I will be sure to communicate with families after I have met with
students. Our kids have handled themselves very well and we should be very proud of them.
