Today at 11:20 am Mr. XXXXX and I responded to a call to go to 390. When we arrived in the
classroom the teacher and several students were engaged in a discussion about their behavior in
the class. We were called to remove a specific student, that student was removed. I heard another
student asking to leave stating that I "receive more help from the resource room then I do in this
classroom". I heard another student saying that I am not leaving, I am not leaving. The teacher
continued on with her expectations and that she was going to allow today's activity to take place,
but if one student disrupted she would shut it down. While all this is happening I am sitting in the
back supporting the teacher. Teacher instructed the students to come up and grab their posters.
The student that said that she wasn't leaving was in her seat engaged in the activity. The teacher
then came to the back of the room and whispered to me I asked her to leave and I still want her
gone. I responded by saying "That everything should be okay I am here supporting you lets
move forward she will be fine and we can have a discussion with her after class is over". The
teacher then said to me, No I am not doing that and if I didn't remove her that she was going to
go to the UNION". I responded to her with really are you serious? I am here supporting you.
You really do have an issue. I am here supporting you.
