FOR THE PASSAGE FROM SPONTANEOUS INSURRECTION TO

ORGANISED AND CONTINUOUS STRUGGLE FOR SOCIAL REVOLUTION

The revolt of December 2008 shows that social uprising is possible; it shows that social
and class fightback is the only realistic prospect for victory for the oppressed and the
exploited, as opposed to institutionalization, resignation and individualization. The
revolt of December is alive today as a challenge, not in order to be repeated but to be
surpassed by the people in struggle, in the perspective of social revolution.
To pave the way for social revolution, the spontaneous, temporary and unorganised
outbursts of our justified rage are not enough. Political, social and class self-organisation
by the oppressed themselves is necessary for planning, developing and carrying on the
struggle. It is imminent that we create barriers to any effort made to assimilate,
manipulate, exploit and mediate social and class resistance. Armed with solidarity, we
will fight in the direction of organisation, interconnection, encounter and continuity of
the struggles from below, for the creation of new fronts and for spreading the
confrontation with every aspect of state and capitalist brutality.
Our utopia does not end in the outbreak of spontaneous insurrection. It is not satisfied
with nothing less than social revolution, the complete overthrow of state and capitalism
and the creation of a classless society of equality, solidarity and freedom.
