WORK EXPERIENCES

Since March 2017: QA/QC engineer QTCG (QATAR)

Employer :QTCG qatar trading construction group : different projects :IDRIS project, industrial
area roads.

Main duties:as QA/QC engineer in concrete plant and crushers area,I am responsible
of monitoring,scheduling, performing all tests and reports as required by QCS and PWA
requirements in terms of test frequencies and standards.
Production of selected fill material, sub-base material (all types) and concrete is controled by our
laboratory in inetrnal before third part laboratory to confirm that we respect all specifications.

April 2014- december 2016: laboratory manager LNHC(ALGERIA)

Employer :LNHC(National laboratory for building and constructions) is a gouvernemental

laboratory incharge of quality control all kind of constructions :
-geotechnical investigations,-concrete constuctions QA/QC, roads ,highways, railway, dams.

Main duties:
Schedule, plan and oversee the entire program of work
Plan, organize, and coordinate planning activities
Input the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on
time,resources and cash flow of projects.
 Handle respective Managers to set department goals & objectives & work on attaining such
goals by monitoring the operations of each department.
Develop & implement procedures & controls to ensure efficient operations.
Report to executive committee on companys progress & profitability.

March 2008-April 2014: QA/QC Engineer(ALGERIA)

Employer : COJAAL (consortium japonais pour lautoroute algerienne) is a consortium of

Japanese companies (kajima,hazama,taisei, nishimatsu) incharge to construct 399 Km of highway
3x2 .

Main duties:
Soil, concrete and pavement laboratory :
Oversee the testing activities in the laboratory and ensure that all testing is carried out in
accordance with appropriate standards and procedures for accuracy and integrity.
Sign laboratory test reports.
Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly checklists are timely filled and that all items
mentioned in these checklists are fulfilled.
Responsible for the review of nonconforming work.
review and report on quality engineering specified by the project quality control manual and
project plan.
Coordinate with the site QC manager for the completion of as-built turnover documentation
Lead the provision of expertise on Quality Management System (QMS) of the Department
and ensure compliance with Company Standards, International Standards and Regulatory
Requirements.Monitor and ensure that all Projects executed by the Department are in
compliance with Project Quality Plans (PQP).
Analyze, resolve and assist workers in solving work problems.
