Enclosure

In the Application filed in Docket CP16-486-000, Millennium states that the Eastern
System Upgrade project capacity is 223,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d). Further,
Millennium states that Millennium reserved 3,000 Dth/d of capacity on its system to
support the project. Exhibit G does not differentiate between additional capacity versus
reserved capacity.

1. Confirm that the project facilities will create an additional 220,000 Dth/d, if not
explain.

2. Show in Exhibit G (Existing Facilities) where the reserved capacity is. Provide a
flow diagram and a corresponding hydraulic model.
