Drishti 2016-17

Terms and Conditions

1 Drishti believes in confidentiality and thereby reserves the right not to

disclose any other sponsor benefits or the amount sponsored by them.

2 All Banners/Posters have to be provided by All Nippon Airlines In case

sponsors are not able to frame it, organizers will do it at a cost.

3 No Banners/Posters and advertisements vulgar in taste will be allowed.

4 The branding material has to be delivered to NM College one week

before the start of the festival and has to be picked up within 4 days
after the festival ends.

5 Drishti will not be responsible for the transportation of the branding

material.

6 In the non-happening of any event due to circumstances beyond our

control, there will be no reduction in monetary terms (if any).

7 Banners positioning will be at the discretion of the organizers.

8 There is no exclusivity in this deal as the air tickets are not provided and
only goodies are provided to Drishti.
