1) Describe your idea. Then ask yourself whether this idea can meet the criteria for an
opportunity. Justify your answer.

Copyright 2012 Pearson Education, Inc. publishing as Prentice Hall

My idea is an on-line platform, ie real-time, teaching. First we will begin teaching

mathematics as it is one of the general courses of all races and universities, and also one
of the courses that has the highest rate of disapproved.

1 Attractive : It is an idea that uses technology and is easy to use.

2 Timely. Nowadays, the use of technologies and internetsquality is
improving, almost everyone is familiar with it. In these times the internet of
things is already talking.
3 Durable. In the long term, not only can be offered to the university market,
but also to pre-university, colleges. And not only at the local level, but at the
regional and even global level.
4 Anchored in a product, service or business that creates or adds value for its
buyer or end user.

This idea creates added value because it offers you many benefits. Among them :
- 24-hour service: The service adjusts to the availability of the consumer. We are not all
equal. We study at different times by internal factors of each person (diversity of
courses, work, exhibitions, univ jobs, sports, etc.)
- Online classes: The classes are in real time, which is very different from virtual
classes. The user will be able to see in real time the explanation of the teacher, can make
queries and be answered in real time.
--Record the class for later revision: Each class is recorded, and it is sent to the user in
case to review them again.
- Measures the level of knowledge: The teacher will evaluate the user to determine the
level of knowledge that he or she has to make a better teaching.
-Loyalty work: Apart from the experience of the service that our customers will also
offer scores that will accumulate. Each score can be redeemed with more class hours or
discounts on the service. As well as promotions, sweepstakes and events on important
dates of the year, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.

2) What problem do I solve for my customers?

Time is a determining factor. A university student not only attends a course per
semester, besides having varied schedules, works and exhibitions in all courses, part-
time jobs, pre-professional practices, work in family businesses. Time is often a missing
factor. And it causes that you lose money.
There is also lack of happiness, the student not understanding the course, will feel
disappointment, stress, lack of desire to achieve their goals. And it reflect less
happiness.

3) Who is my typical target customer?

My target customer are university students (pre-degree - people with experience (DPA)
with the economic level A-B who feel the lack of availability of time and need to have
more time to do other things just as important. And with Sophisticated or Progressive
lifestyle (depending on the lifestyles of Rolando Arellano)

(Since the sophisticated ones, they are very modern, innovative in the consumption and
trend hunters are mostly young. And progressives, because they constantly seek
personal or family progress. They are moved by the desire to reverse their situation and
move forward, and are always looking for opportunities. They are extremely practical
and modern, tend to study short runs to get to produce as soon as possible)

4) What products and / or service will I provide?

Online classes will be offered, a real-time service with an online teacher, with schedules
to choose from 24 hours, with good teaching methodology and a follow-up to the
student of his performance in the university. Also, the consumer can participates in
differetns raffles in special days or free hours too.

5) What products /services typically offered by competitors will I exclude?

What we do not offer and the competition are the face-to-face classes, that is, the
teacher is with the student in the same place and not at a distance. There is also
competition that offers tutorials, which go to the place where the customer wants, is
usually the customer's home.

6) Where will my business be located?

We do not have a physical location, but a virtual one. We can locate in our website
where they will be registered if they are clients, also will be made ads in social networks
like Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram that are usually the networks most used by our
target customer.

7) How am I different from the competition in the eyes of my customers?

The value proposition is based on two motivations of purchase, time and happiness, so
we will offer:
- Virtual classes 24 hours so you have more time to do other things.
- An easy-to-understand explanation for the student to feel that happiness to understand
the course and the desire to reach their goals.
- Focused on the consumer
With this value proposition the student optimizes his time and reaches his goals, if they
go to the competition he will feel that they are losing these added values or in any case
we will be of difficult replacement (substitution)

8) Other point that I considerer important :

In the long term, it is intended to create a virtual platform where we will be a means for
both university students and teachers.

A virtual world where students who need help and people who need income can work
by teaching classes from home.
