Whitish if not handled properly, could lead to a disorder / disease. Behavior of young women in preventing the discharge itself is still not right, for example by allowing only because it is common, grueling physical activity, rarely change panty liner, and did not immediately replace the pads during menstruation because of their lack of knowledge on prevention of vaginal discharge. The purpose of this study to determine the behavior of young women in preventing whitish Manba'ul'ulum Dukupuntang SMK Cirebon. This study was descriptive. The population in this research were 365 students. Samples were mostly teenage girls in class X which amounted to 73 respondents. Using sampling techniques Systematic Random Sampling, data collection using questionnaires, analysis techniques using univariate analysis techniques. From the results of a study of 73 respondents in adolescent SMK Manba'ul'ulum Dukupuntang District of Cirebon can be concluded that the knowledge about the Young Women Whitish is 57 respondents (78.1%) with the knowledge of Good. Whitish definition as many as 51 people (69.9%) students with knowledge Good. The cause of vaginal discharge as many as 60 people (82.2%) with the knowledge of Good. Whitish handling as many as 49 people (67.1%) with the knowledge of Good. Whitish prevention as much as 52 or (71.2%) with the knowledge of Good. The results of this study are recommended for further research, is expected to further explore the level of knowledge about the image of the young women on white.
