Please refer our above cited order and subsequent discussions had with us, We are pleased
to issue a work order for Raw mill- 2 Girth gear, Pinion reversal and Alignment up to Drive
Station at our Cement Division, Dondapadu , Chintalapalem Mandal , Suryapet Dist., With
the following terms and conditions..,

Scope of Works

1. Contractee SCOPE:
1. Boarding and Lodging for your Service engineers
2. Providing requested manpower, Tools, tackles and all consumables
3. Intimation will be given one week before for starting the work

2. Contractor SCOPE:
1. Raw mill 2 Girth Gear,Pinion reversal and alignment up to drive station
2. Dumpy level & Grinding M/C
3. Plan of action shall be submitted before starting of the work
4. List of tools and tackles shall be submitted before starting of the work
5. List of Manpower requirement for skilled and unskilled (Fitter, Rigger, Khalasis, Helpers
etc.,) shall be submitted before starting of the work.
6. Pre inspection report and final report shall be submitted with pictures and alignment
reading.
7. Shall be Submitted your recommendation for future precautionary measurements.
8. One visit is required to ensure & confirmed the site conditions and arrangements before
starting the work.

Terms & Conditions

A. The Price mentioned in the Work Order is final till the execution of the order in full
and no variation will be accepted under any circumstances.
B. The contractor should take responsibility to depute their Service engineer with in 24
hrs after receiving complaint from the contractee to sort out the problem and to put
the equipment in operation and complained job should be completed within 2 days.
C. The above clause is applicable even after the lapse of guarantee period for deputing
service engineer to sort out any problem that may occur. However, this visit will be
on chargeable basis.
D. Guarantee: All the materials of Pinion reversal works done by you are guaranteed for
a period of 6 months from the date of commissioning.
E. Terms of Payment: 100% payment will be released from our Registered Office, after
successful completion of work. You are requested to produce your invoice in
duplicate along with work completion certificate duly certified by our site engineers.

F. Any damage / loss occurred to our equipment due to mishandling during the
execution of the work, the costs shall be to your account only.
G. Right of Cancellation: If the contractor fails to complete job within the period fixed
for such job or otherwise fails to perform the contract on any breach of contract and
fails to rectify in time contractee shall have the right to cancel the contract or a
portion thereof at the risk and cost of the contractor.

H. Safety Clause: Safety for the men and materials of M/s Cemtec Engineering Service
is in their scope during the period of the execution of work at our site. M/s KCSIL will
not hold any responsibility in this respect towards any kind of untoward incident

I. Jurisdiction: All disputes arising between the parties herein pertaining to this order
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Courts only.

If all the above conditions are agreed, copy of the order may be
returned to us duly signed and stamped as token of acceptance.
