Linis Bayan

The GIST coordinator called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. The
meeting started with the reading of the Gospel according to Saint Mark 12:1
entitled The Parable of the Tenants led by Mam Leticia H. Selda. Everyone
had a reflection on the Gospel. The GIST Coordinator asked for a motion
concerning the minutes of the previous meeting regarding to the duties
assigned to everyone. The coordinator welcomed Mr. Angelo L. Medran as
the school utility/messenger. The members also reviewed the past activities
of the school like the awarding of certificates and tool kits of the hairdressing
trainees, the assessment of the 1st batch of the Motorcycle / Small Engine
Servicing NC II. There was also a new memo from the Municipal Mayor
regarding of changing of payroll from Manual Cash Disbursement to
Automated Payroll System. The members should submit the documents
required for enrolling an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card to Land Bank
of the Philippines (Pinamalayan Branch). The submission of requirements is
until March 30, 2017 only. The Automated Payroll System for Job order
personnel wages will start on April 15, 2017. The other matter included the
Linis Bayan wherein the school members will have their general cleaning
within the school compound every Friday at 3:45-4:45 pm. The meeting was
ended at 10:30 am. with a closing prayer led by Mr. Ariel L. Guevarra , with a
simple merienda after.

The GIST coordinator called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. The
meeting started with an opening prayer led by Gladys D. Bacolod. The
members reviewed the past activities of the school like the training of the
poultry and swine trainees. The Coordinator said to the members that the
school submitted already the Individual Performance Commitment Review-
IPCR and the Office Performance Commitment Review OPCR last January 20,
2017. The coordinator welcomed Ms. Gladys D. Bacolod as the other
technical vocational staf. The Coordinator reminded the members of the
duties assigned to everyone. The upcoming events regarding Gloria town
fiesta activities, the training of the hair cutting and foot spa conducted by
the ASTES-TESDA Calapan and the start of training of the 2 nd batch of the
Motorcycle /Small Engine Servicing NC II. The Coordinator also reminded the
members that the Inspection of Assessment Center will be on February 7,
2017. The meeting was ended with a closing prayer led by Ms. Joanne Q.
Fetalvero.

Duties and Responsibilities

The GIST coordinator called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. The
meeting started with a brief reflection about the Word of God heard during
the Monday Flag Ceremony. The secretary reported the previous minutes of
the meeting and approved by the members. The coordinator recalled the
announcement in the flag ceremony regarding of the changing of payroll to
an Automated Teller Machine (ATM card). The members were 100%
submitted the requirements and filled up the forms. In significance of the
Lenten season, there was a memo from the Municipal office that all Catholic
Municipal officials and employees, Job Orders personnel and National Agency
Field offices are requested to attend the Lenten Recollection to be lead by
our parish priest Fr. Dennis Marcelo M. Delmo III on April 11, 2017 Tuesday
3:00 -6:00 pm at the Municipal Conference Hall. The coordinator reminded
the members about their duties and responsibilities. The members were also
emphasized about the Safety measures during the earthquake. The meeting
was adjourned at 10:00 am with a closing prayer led by Mrs. Leticia H.
Selda.
