Bahannya:
1 tin sardine
Bawang merah
Garam
Gula
Jus limau
Caranya:
Tumis bwg merah potong dadu /mayang halus sampai naik bau dan kekuningan. Masuk sardin kacau
kejap. Masuk sikit garam, gula ,jus limau. Tambah sikit air dan biar kuahnya agak kering , masak api
perlahan.

2 sudu besar marjerin/butter

Air sejuk dari peti ais
Caranya:
Gaul sikit garam dengan tepung gandum. Pastu masuk marjerin dan gaul rata dengan tangan sampai
jadi serbuk roti. Masukkn air sikit-sikit sampai doh x lekat kat tangan, tp jgn terlalu lembik atau keras.
Rehatkan kejap doh dlm 15 mnt. Tutup dengan kain bersih.
* 1 adunan doh boleh dapat dlm 16-17 biji sardin roll

My steps in writing ...after brainstorming the verbs word level, now we go to phrase level.
After tht complete the phrase level to sentence level by putting in the subject......last step.
Next, arrange the ideas or sentences in sequence.Then get the pupils to start writing in a paragraph
or paragraphs.......put in some starters, linkers and connectors......When they are already
skilful in all these steps, change some words, if you can words with high powered words
or some idiomatic expression for the good pupils....
e.g.helped - lent a hand
Happy -on cloud nine
Surprised- were taken aback
Very angry- furious
Butterfly in the stomach- nervous
