Build effective relationships with business unit leaders of Envista LLC business verticals of
Transportation Solutions, Enterprise Services, Encompass (SCS), Enspire commerce.
Enterprise technology services team to assist in implementation of HR plans and programs aligned
with companys overall business goals.

Contribute to the culture transformation for Hyderabad and Bangalore offices
Recruitment process Delivered 125 Associates for 2016-17 (Developers, QA, Process
associates) using Naukri.com, Social media ,referrals and other tools, process streamlined
Built world class 7-Step onboarding program a 90 day engagement activity

Policies and Procedures Designed Employee handbook, Total rewards Policy, PIP, offer letter,
appointment letters etc.
