Oceania Cruises’ inaugural voyages

Discover Oceania Cruises Presents the New World
to Alaska, Canada and New England The enticing itineraries, the dramatic destinations and the regions
of North America where we will be sailing in 2011 are stunning.
37 ports of call with more than It’s a new world for Oceania Cruises, and we have bestowed the
25 intriguing new destinations honor of leading the way to Regatta.
Beginning in May 2011, Regatta will enter the pristine waters of
Alaska. Throughout the summer, the absolute prime season to sail
here, she will offer brand-new breathtaking itineraries.

Hand-Selected Destinations
All the marquee destinations will be showcased, from the modern
capital of Juneau to cosmopolitan Vancouver. Of course, being
mid-size, Regatta can go one step further and also present Alaska’s
boutique ports in a warm and intimate manner not possible on
larger ships carrying thousands of passengers. On some voyages,
she actually sails all the way north to Anchorage itself.
Then, in early September, Regatta heads for New England and
nearby Canada, via the Panama Canal, and arrives at the height
of fall as the leaves are exploding with color. What a glorious time
to be sailing through New England, Nova Scotia, and up the
St. Lawrence River to exquisite Montreal.

Experience the world

Even as Regatta sails vast regions of vibrant North America, the
onboard experience is warm, intimate and true to our beloved
Oceania Cruises style. It’s the ultimate way to enjoy the world.

Experience You can have it all
Whoever said, “You can’t have it all,” never sailed one of the
mid-size ships of Oceania Cruises. By beautifully blending
elegance and luxury with exceptional intimacy and warmth,
Regatta offers all of the indulgences you could possibly imagine.
The welcoming, convivial ambiance instantly puts you at ease,
encouraging you to fully enjoy the inherent benefits of a ship
masterfully designed on a human scale. One of the most striking
advantages is the generous ratio of staff to guests, which allows
for an astonishingly high level of personalized service.

Where You Belong

Our Executive Culinary Director, the esteemed Jacques Pépin,
ensures that our cuisine maintains its reputation as “the finest
at sea.” Open-seating in four restaurants frees you to dine when,
where and with whom you wish, all without supplemental
charges. The remarkable Canyon Ranch SpaClub® environment
promotes healthy, balanced living. Our ideally sized ships
provide all the ingredients for you to flourish, even ashore as
our itineraries seamlessly meld marquee ports with boutique
destinations inaccessible to larger vessels.
The moment you step onboard, you know. This is no
ordinary cruise experience. This is where you belong.
This is “Your World, Your Way.”

Ambiance
What a Joy to Feel at Home Away from Home
Isn’t it wonderful to feel welcome and comfortable when
traveling? It makes the experience so much more enjoyable and
encourages you to mingle and explore. Regatta just naturally
exudes a warm, inviting ambiance that instantly puts you at
ease. It’s so refreshingly casual and friendly that it’s like being in
a private country club of like-minded members where everyone
knows your name. This is elegance without pretension or the
need for tuxedos and evening gowns. This is a world where you
can be yourself.

Come and Go as You Please

The overwhelming sense of comfort and belonging seems to
kindle geniality. Striking up conversations and making new
friends becomes effortless. Meet over cocktails in Martinis and
recount adventures ashore. Ask another couple to join you for
a friendly game of Bridge. You’ll find it exceedingly easy to be
sociable. Even so, sometimes you may feel less gregarious and
want nothing more than to relax by yourself. Take comfort in
knowing that there are plenty of private retreats as well.

Haven
Retreat Into a Private World
Everybody yearns for a haven where they can truly relax and recharge. This was the guiding principle behind our suites and
staterooms. We designed them to be sumptuous, remarkably spacious and so immensely comfortable that each moment spent
behind closed doors feels like being in an oasis of luxury all your own. Our accommodations are handsomely appointed with
soothing colors of the sea and earth, soft textures, plush furnishings and custom-milled French and Italian toiletries. In a word,
they are heavenly.

Room to Stretch Out and Enjoy Life

Relax. Enjoy a sense of spaciousness, especially with the curtains open and daylight streaming in your private retreat.
Feel free to indulge in the generous amenities. Watch live news, first-run movies or DVDs on the flat-screen LCD television.
Entertain friends in the sitting area with champagne. Marvel at a sunset on your furnished private veranda, a luxury in all suites
and the vast majority of our staterooms. When it’s time to retire, slip between the lavish linens of the Prestige Tranquility BedSM,
an Oceania Cruises exclusive, knowing that tomorrow will be just as wonderful.

Service
Impeccable Service with a Personal Touch
Regatta boasts an impressive staff-to-guest ratio, but it’s more
than sheer numbers that elevates our personalized service into
the sublime. Our staff genuinely cares about keeping you
happy and content throughout your voyage. Being of service
comes naturally, a trait as innate as their unbridled enthusiasm.
You can see it in their warm smiles and hear it in the sincere
tone of their voices, as our staff zealously devotes their full
attention to fulfilling your needs. Their commitment runs deep
and never diminishes, no matter what the task.

Only the Best of the Best

Not everyone holds the impeccable credentials to join
our international staff, only those who have distinguished
themselves in the world’s finest hotels and most exquisite
restaurants. They are true professionals with the rare ability
to fastidiously attend to every detail and magically anticipate
your needs. The ease with which they remember your name,
preferences and wishes borders on miraculous. Nowhere is
this talent more evident than among the private Butlers who
meticulously care for guests in our suites.

A Mid-size Ship Holds Enormous Advantages
Once you sail one of our mid-size ships such as Regatta, you will never settle for anything less. Nor will you be satisfied with
anything more in regard to size because larger ships can’t duplicate the pronounced intimacy and advantages of Oceania Cruises.
Warmth and conviviality come naturally. Elegance and grace are givens. The ambiance is exceptionally relaxed and civil as we are
singularly focused on your individual desires. Consequently, service soars, guests easily develop a rapport with the staff, and the
friendships only deepen as the days pass effortlessly.

All the Elements for Bliss are Present

With no need to rush or worry about crowds, you can savor the defining elements that make our ships so special. Our cuisine,
“the finest at sea,” is carefully prepared à la minute. Open-seating in four distinct restaurants allows you to dine whenever you
wish. Appointments are readily available in the spacious Canyon Ranch SpaClub®. Life just seems to proceed at a more courteous
pace. Being mid-size even facilitates going ashore as Regatta can slip into boutique ports off-limits to larger ships. The differences
are sizeable and so refreshing.

Just as Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, many of our recipes originated with the grandmothers and mothers of
our own Italian culinary staff. Similarly, the sommeliers are from long lines of wine-producing families, so they inherently know
the characteristics of each vintage, which ensures that their recommendations perfectly complement the simple yet keenly balanced
Tuscan cuisine. Presented on elegant, custom-designed Versace china, each dish is a masterpiece that exemplifies the essence of

Alaska It’s only natural
America’s largest state, Alaska truly knows no bounds.
Stretching beyond the imagination, it is a land of
staggering natural beauty. Virgin forests blanket the hills,
snow-mantled mountains soar high into the sky, and
ancient glaciers creep toward the sea, oblivious to the
passage of time. Even the cities, so youthful and spirited,
blend in seamlessly. Alaska remains a beacon for those
who hold Mother Nature dear, and Regatta zealously
explores from north to south, even calling upon
Anchorage itself and charmingly remote Kodiak.

Discover the real Alaska

As Regatta cruises the breathtaking fjords of the
Inside Passage and the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska’s
unique treasures unfold. Stroll the wooden sidewalks
of Skagway, an authentic gold rush town. Ride a horse-
drawn trolley through Ketchikan, the “Salmon Capital
of the World.” Learn about Tlingit Indian traditions and
totem poles in Sitka. Hike along Mendenhall Glacier
on the outskirts of Juneau, the state capital. Explore
the glaciers of College Fjord and natural wonders just
outside Seward. The deeper you delve into Alaska, the
more amazing its culture and beauty become.

voyages, you’ll find Regatta takes the time to call
on Anchorage itself, a rare and welcome surprise.

Majestic
Alaska
Absorb Alaska’s Essence at an
Unhurried Pace

With no need to rush on our lengthiest Alaska

voyage, Regatta has time to call on areas not seen on
other cruises. Visit the Tlingit Indian community of
Icy Strait Point near charming Hoonah. This is also
the only voyage offering Vancouver as a destination,
not a point of embarkation or debarkation, so
take advantage of its cultural treasures, including
the esteemed Museum of Anthropology and the
upscale boutiques in the historic Gastown district.
Of course, the sweeping majesty of Alaska seems
to color each moment, especially in scenic gems
like Tracy Arm Fjord. Totem Bight State Historical
Park in Ketchikan offers a fabulous insight into the
traditions of the native Indians, as it contains a clan
house from the 1930s.

History Comes Alive in So Many Ways

Bridging both British Columbia and Alaska, this

multi-cultural voyage even makes a rare call on
Oregon’s historic Astoria, the oldest American
settlement west of the Rockies. Be sure to tour its
Fort Clatsop National Memorial, where the Lewis
and Clark expedition wintered in 1805-1806.
Sitka has kept its past alive in the Sitka National
Historical Park, where a wealth of Russian and
Tlingit Indian artifacts like totem poles is on
display. Nature abounds in the icy majesty of
Hubbard Glacier and the cliff-like mountains as
you cruise the serene Inside Passage. Victoria, the
province’s graceful capital, also captivates with
its stunning beauty, but it’s much more cultured.
One of the highlights is the Royal British
Columbia Museum, especially its dioramas.

Discover the Very Soul of Alaska

Focusing solely on Alaska, this spectacular

voyage presents the signature ports that define
the southeastern corner of America’s 49th state.
Ketchikan is renowned for having the world’s largest
collection of totem poles and being the “Salmon
Capital of the World.” Sitka boasts a fascinating
past that mirrors its former Russian occupation in
sites like the Russian Bishop’s House, a restored
1842 residence. Sitka is also notable for being
where Russia transferred ownership of Alaska to
the United States in 1867. Wildlife abounds in
Wrangell, and bears can often be seen feasting
on pink salmon along nearby Anan Creek. This
voyage also calls on the lesser known, but no less
spectacular island of Kodiak. Formed by thousands
of years of glacial retreat, its rugged landscape is a
breathtaking reminder of nature’s power and glory.

Mexico &
Panama Canal Witness a marvel of engineering
Even today, nearly 100 years since the opening of the
Panama Canal, transiting this wonder never ceases to amaze.
Standing on deck, or watching from a private balcony as
the locks lift and lower Regatta through the canal, remains
one of the most fascinating experiences in cruising. But the
attraction goes far beyond the feat of engineering. It’s the
itinerary that makes a Panama Canal cruise so memorable,
and that is where Regatta excels in 2011.

More ports than ever, all of them stars

Think of the actual transit as a refreshing sorbet between
courses. Prior to the transit lie the appetizers, in this case,
a host of extraordinary destinations in Mexico, including
energetic, beach-rimmed Acapulco. After the transit, the
menu changes to encompass colonial Cartagena, the radiant
Caribbean and America’s genteel South. Transiting the
Panama Canal on Regatta is a feast for the senses, a voyage
of ten destinations, six countries and countless memories.

Ultimate
Panama Canal
Celebrating the Best of Many Cultures

This ambitious Panama Canal cruise masterfully

balances nine days at sea with an even more generous
amount of time ashore. The diversity of ports is truly
remarkable. Take advantage of the late departure from
Savannah to linger in its historic district, the streets
lined with gnarled oaks dripping with Spanish moss.
Shop for colorful, hand-blown glassware in graceful
Puerto Vallarta. Snorkel with gentle stingrays in the
crystalline waters off Grand Cayman. Tour one of the
oldest coffee plantations in the majestic Sierra Madre
Mountains near Puerto Chiapas. Visit Fort Sumter
at the entrance to Charleston Harbor, where the
first shots of America’s Civil War were fired in 1861.
Of course, the highlight at the heart of this voyage
is the amazing transit of the Panama Canal.

New England
& Canada colors transform the landscape
Each autumn New England and Canada ignite in a blaze of
color. It’s a glorious show as summer’s green leaves turn into
a tapestry of breathtaking hues. Fiery reds, brilliant oranges,
delicate yellows and exotic purples blanket the countryside,
drawing thousands of “leaf peepers.” The best seat to view
the drama is onboard Regatta, as she spends the peak season
center stage. Best of all, the backdrop changes daily for the
absolute maximum effect of nature’s glory.

Fantastic views from every vantage point

As Regatta cruises between New England and Canada, the
opportunities for adventure ashore will be as spectacular
as the scenery. Tour the extravagant Gilded Age mansions
in Newport. Ride the funicular to Dufferin Terrace for
the ultimate view of Quebec City. Marvel at the seafaring
artifacts in the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic in Halifax
and the amazing seascapes on display in Rockland’s esteemed
Farnsworth Museum. Indoors and outdoors, the show goes
on, never ending.
