In-Charge Operations

Main responsibilities:
• Developing the business in the various sectors of UAE.

with collaboration of RTA and internal training departments. Also conducting

issues.
• Keeping eye on every changes regarding the traffic rules and regulations
• Hands on ARMADA systems to handling day to day operations related daily and
monthly rental agreements.
• Monitoring the renewals of vehicle licenses, insurances and also hayaza papers
preparations for selling the over mileage vehicles with liaison with the re-sale
department.
• Keeping update the book values of the vehicles.
• Good knowledge regarding the vehicle leasing.
• Good knowledge for making and signing the contracts and agreements with
hotels and corporate establishments
• Monitoring and sending the sales invoices to the respective clients
• Monitoring the complaints and suggestions from the customers.
• Monitoring the Daily Sales report.
• Also monitoring the monthly sales report and sending to the concerned & finance
departments.
• Keeping eye on the daily and monthly fuel utilization and rectifying if any
variances came.
• Making and monitoring the Fleet utilization report
• Keeping the fleet utilization up-to 85%
• Interviewing new staff and sending for further training.
• Monitoring the call center activities and also monitoring their performances.
• Writing the appraisals for my department staff and also identifying their
weaknesses which affect their professional performances and also suggesting a
line of action for them.
• Making the budgets with the senior managers and implementing it.
• Having good command over the subordinates regarding the operations matters
and daily up coming situations.
• Working in the team and completing all the tasks with in the time frame
• Having a good knowledge working with ISO certified and defined formats like
KPI’s etc.

MiNC Apartments are serviced residences in; London and Dubai. Providing fully
furnished luxury serviced apartments, ranging from three to five stars.

Travel and Transport Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Keeping this department as bridge between the marine, airlines, general


clients and internal operations of the hotel apartments.
• 24/7 hours working
• Arranging the short term and long term visas.
• Making travel arrangements for the clients.
• Booking the services and hotel apartments of their choices of our group.
• Providing “meet and greet” services on the airport.
• Providing them a transport to the hotel and airport/ port where the vessel
is docking or mooring.

• Deputing the Airport Reps for clearance and easy departures on airport.
• Maintain the licensing files of vehicles and coordinating with the RTA
and other governments departments.
• Out sourcing the busses and other vehicles if needed.

to date.
• Making and implementing the daily and monthly schedule both for
drivers and out sourced vehicles if any.
• Giving the training to the drivers for handling the guests and also for their
personal hygiene.

Ollyka is a marketing company specializing in all aspects of marketing. It employs 25
people, mainly marketing managers and operates through a very extensive supplier base
for the entire range of services.

Business Development Manager

below-the-line marketing projects carried out by the Company, by liaising with
