Think of the conclusion as chance to tell the story of the evaluation by writing a brief recap of
every other section in the evaluation. Re-tell and characterize your experiences in a narrative

Compose your Conclusion.

Conclusion.
The mTool Jing is a great tool to have for taking screenshots and screencasting things such as
presentations and how to videos. There arent many products out there like this one because a
clear majority are for pay only, meaning that you must purchase them to use them. This product
is super simple to use and easy to use and navigate through. There is complete privacy because
you choose what you would like to share. The only problem that I can clearly see with this
product is that it can only record 2 and a half minutes in the free mode and you must pay to add
more recordable minutes. There are several sites out that that recommend this product for use
when it comes to sending your file for others to view. (Advantages and Disadvantages - Jing vs
Camtasia, 2017) and (TechAdvisor, 2010) both say that the application is super easy to use,
navigate, and send when it comes to any project that you must do.
I completed my entire task without any problem or hesitation with application Jing. The
usability test didnt take me any time at all because the application is such an easy
application to use. I have learned that you can screencast for free. This tool will have no
impact on me as a salesman because I will not ever need to use it beyond college. The
evaluation turned out as expected. I expected that it would be easy to use because of
how easy it was to navigate the mTool upon first discovery. This mTool can be improved
easily by making the entire thing free to use. I believe that much of the issues with Jing
revolves around how long you can record your screen and voiceover. I am satisfied with
the mTool for reasons that I have stated clearly above as well as if it met my needs. I
would recommend this tool to anyone. This tool can be used by anyone and is super easy
to use once you have downloaded the product for free.

Reflect on Your Evaluation
This Evaluation Process has been long and rigorous. Now that you are finished, I would like you
answer three of the questions below. Keep in mind that reflection is one of the most effective
ways to assign meaning to life experiences because it helps you make connections in your brain.
This process also helps you remember and be able to recall information in the future. So please
take a few moments to really think about and respond to the questions you choose.
1 What did you learn from the assignment that you feel will assist you in your future
endeavors?
2 What challenges did you face in completing the assignment? How did you
address/troubleshoot them?
3 What went according to plan and what surprises did you encounter?
4 What would you change in the next revision of this evaluation? Or, what would you change
if you had a chance to do this evaluation over again?
5 What was especially satisfying to you about the process or the finished product?
6 What did you learn about yourself as you worked on this assignment?
7 What is one thing that you saw in your peer partners work or process that you would like
to try in your next evaluation?
8 How does this assignment connect with your real world experience?

Examples of previous student reflections:

Response to Question 1. While completing this evaluation, I learned going more in depth in
the analysis is beneficial. It is important to go over the material that you need to collect before
completing the analysis so that you have an idea what youre looking for. If you ask yourself
questions about the strengths and weaknesses of the site, you will learn more and realize that
you may or may not like the site.
Response to Question 1. I learned a lot from all of the evaluations, but this one especially. Ive
always wanted to know how to upload videos onto YouTube, but I just didnt put the time into
learning how to use the tool. I realized that it was way easier than I thought it would be, and it
was a pleasant surprise. While going through these evaluations, I have learned that I dont like to
put a lot of time into something that Im not sure how to use. Every tool that I have evaluated
has come in handy after the evaluation and I am happy that I put a lot of time into learning the
full capabilities of each site. From now on, I am going to push myself to evaluate sites and
different material that I am not used to, because I have learned that it will benefit me in the long
run.
Response to Question 6. The one thing that the I realized about myself after doing this
assignment is that I really enjoy breaking down the process, identifying the problem, and finding
a solution that really works. So many times I find myself just rushing through life doing things as
quickly and simply as possible, but after doing these evaluations, I realize that if a person takes
the time to realize what the real problem is, there is a better, simpler way to do things no matter
what aspect of life they apply it to.

Compose your Reflections. (Please indicate which question is being answered.)
These reflection responses should also be posted to your portfolio. You may choose to keep
them private if you like, as long as I can see them to verify that you have followed directions.
They are due in the portfolio the day you submit the final version of the portfolio.
