K t khi m ca Ngi nh nh Kokotaru hi thng 8 nm 2008, Linh c gng chia s mi ngi cng thc

Cch lm:
- Bt l nng 200OC.
- Khoai ty gt v, b ming vi dng c ct rng ca.

- 30 ht d Trng Khnh (chestnut)

Cch lm:

Dorayaki - Bnh rn Doraemon
Vi nhng chic bnh rn dorayaki ny , bn s hiu ti sao ch mo my -r-mon li sn sng i mi th ch
ly mt a bnh rn

Nguyn liu:
- 240g bt m a dng
- 1tsp baking powder
- 60g (2tbs) mt ong
- 170ml sa ti
- 4 qu trng, tch ring lng trng, lng
- 2 tsp. mirin
- 80g ng trng
- 40ml (2tbs) du ht ci hoc du bp.

Cch lm:
- Trn chung bt m v bt baking powder, ry mn mn.
- Ha mt ong vi sa ti.
- Ngoy u lng , mirin v du n, sau cho sa mt ong v bt m, trn u.
- Dng my nh nh bng lng trng n khi thy bng cng, c chp nhn. t t ng vo nh tip cho
mn mt. Xc tng phn nh lng trng trn vo hn hp bt trn, lp li thao tc n khi trn ht lng trng,
hn hp u.
- Dng cho chng dnh y phng, ly giy n thm cht du n ri bi ln trn mt cho (rt t). Dng tha mc
hn hp bt vo thnh ming trn to va. la nh, khi thy b mt trn c bong bng ni v hi kh l c

Bnh quy Lady finger
Nhng chic bnh quy xinh xn, tn gi t theo hnh dng thon di nh ngn tay thiu n, n va
mm va xp, li rt thm. Bnh lm nhanh v n gin, c th dng n khng hoc lm bnh
tiramisu ni ting.

Nguyn liu: (30 ci, 7-8cm)


- 3 qu trng, tch ring lng trng, lng
- 6 tbs bt ng
- 6 tbs bt m a dng
- 60g ng trng ht mn
- ng bt

Cch lm:
- Bt l 176o C.
- Ry 2 loi bt vo chung 1 bt.
- Cho 1 tbs ng vo lng trng, sau nh lng trng n khi bng cng to chp, trong qu
trnh nh cho t t ht phn ng cn li vo.
- Lng nh bng a/da cho tan ri cho vo lng trng nh bng. Trn nh.
- Cho bt vo hn hp trng, dng spatula trn nh tay cho u.
- Cho hn hp vo ti bt kem, dng u bt trn to, bp tng di bt di 6cm ln khay nng
lt giy nng bnh, tng di bt cch nhau khong 2cm.

Ci ln st du ho
Trong cc mn xo, khi thm cht du ho khi p tht s lm cho mn
xo thm v ngt hn. St du ho ny cng lm cho mn rau luc c

Nguyn liu:
- Ci ln ( nguyn cy), ra sch.
- Vi tp ti, bm nh
- 1/2 tsp du n
- 1 1/2 tbs du ho
- 1 tbs x du

Cch lm:
- Luc ci ln va chn ti, xp ra a.
- Dng ni nh, lm nng du n v cho ti vo phi thm (ti va dy
mi thm, khng nn ti xm vng)
- Cho du ho, x du vo. quy nhanh tay cho hn hp nng ln v
qun u vo nhau (1 pht)
- Ri st ln trn rau (hoc cho ra bt chm ring).

Tht mui cun khoai ty bi nng
Khoai ty nng ln thm nc, v khoai hi dai do b mt
nc. Phn tht mui (bacon) chn sn li, c v hi mn

- Bt l nng 190-200 C.

Canh h mt, d n, li lnh. Bt canh rt thanh v ngt, thch hp cho ba n ma h.

Nguyn liu: (2 ngi)


- 100g l h, ra sch, thi khc di khong 4-5cm

- 100g tht ln xay
- 100g gi , ra sch
- 2 c hnh tm, thi nh
- Mm, tiu, bt nm

Cch lm:
- Tht ln xay p vi hnh tm, nc mm v tiu.
- Cho mt hoc hai 1tbs nc vo ni ri cho tht xay p vo, o cho tht chn khong 2-3 pht th thm
nc canh cho va n.
- Nc si th cho h, u ph v gi vo, un si, thm bt nm cho va n.

Hoa hi to nn nt c sc nht cho mn n ny, em n cho mn n hng v cc k kh qun. Mn g ny n

Nguyn liu: (2 3 ngi)


- 2 ci i g (bao gm c phn i trong - khong 500g tht g)
- 1/2 tsp tiu ht
- 1 tbs du n
- 1 mu gng, thi ch
- Vi tp ti, bm nh
- 40ml ru go
- 20-25ml x du ( nn dng loi nht, mu sng)
- 1 hoa hi

Cch lm:
- G ra sch, cht ming nh va n.
- Rang tiu ht khong 2-3 pht n khi thy
tiu dy mi thm. Dng sng dao hoc
chy p dp.
- Cho du n vo xoong, phi thm gng v
ti n khi ng vng th cho tht g vo, o
u, nu khong 3 pht.
- Cho ht tiu, mt ong, ru, x du vo

- 300g rau mung ch

Cch lm:
