Overcoming Fear

Fear takes on many forms. There are hundreds of phobias. Don’t

allow yourself to be in bondage any longer to your fears. God loves
you. Study and meditate on the Bible scriptures below to help you
overcome your greatest fears.
Job 3:25 For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I
was afraid of is come unto me.

Job 5:21 Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be
afraid of destruction when it cometh.

Job 5:22 At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be afraid
of the beasts of the earth.

Job 11:9 Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make [thee] afraid; yea, many
shall make suit unto thee.

Psalms 3:6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set
themselves against me round about.

Psa 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is
the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Psa 56:3 What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.

Psa 56:11 In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto
me.

Psa 91:5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that
flieth by day;

Psa 112:7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the
LORD.

Psa 112:8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire
upon his enemies.

Pro 3:24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down,
and thy sleep shall be sweet.

Pro 3:25 Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked,
when it cometh.
Isa 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD
JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Isa 44:8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and
have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea,
there is no God; I know not any.
Mat 17:7 And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.

Mar 5:36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the

Jhn 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world
giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear
no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Psa 27:3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear:
though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

Psa 64:1 Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the
enemy.

Psa 118:6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

Pro 1:33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet
from fear of evil.

Pro 3:25 Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked,
when it cometh.

Pro 29:25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the
LORD shall be safe.

Isa 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I
will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right
hand of my righteousness.

Isa 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear

Isa 54:14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from
oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near
thee.

Luk 21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things
which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and
of a sound mind.

1Jo 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear
hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Isa 35:4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your
God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and
save you.

Mat 8:26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he
arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

Mar 4:40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have
no faith?

Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers,
and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their
part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Psa 34:4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my
