Worked with 7 YMCA Centers to develop Sustainable Aquatic Programs through staff recruitment and
training, planning and implementation of safety systems and protocols, leading in-services, teaching, and
overseeing required documentation.
Created and implemented a program strategy to bring 7 Underserved Community YMCAs to state
Standards.
Ensured safety and compliance of 7 centers with all YMCA standards, as well as all state and local laws.

Leadership conferences, and Teen Escape Mission trips.

the worlds largest man made wave pools, nine waterslides, a lazy river, one family tube ride, a children's
play area, and a salt water snorkeling tank.
