the secretary read the minutes of the previous meeting.
IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
The SSG Business Manager moved for the approval of the minutes of the
meeting since there was no correction, seconded by the body.
V. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Since there was no concerns regarding the discussions on the previous meeting,
the president requested the secretary to present the agendum of the business for
the day.
VI. PRESENTATION OF AGENDUM/BUSINESS OF THE DAY

The president discussed the things that have discussed in there All the officers
gave suggestions to thMoreover, the vice president cleared the doubts of the
members in the said rules and regulation by elaborating the provisions of the child
protection policy.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT
The president set adjournment of the meeting since there was no queries regarding
the discussion on the said agendum.

Order 14, s.2012 (Child Protection Policy) in determining the sanctions in each
offense. Moreover, the vice president cleared the doubts of the members in the said
rules and regulation by elaborating the provisions of the child protection policy.
