sub day per grade) plan for their first Team Meeting.
This includes selecting the
foundation skill of focus and
preparing all materials.
Late August Back To School Night APTT can be introduced to parents in
2017 a general meeting and then it can
be further discussed in the
classroom among the other typical
topics reviewed on this night. It is
mainly to set up the expectation for
future Team Meetings and to begin
building rapport and relationships
with parents
Early Team Meeting #1 Teachers follow the 5 essential
September elements to: (1) build a safe and
2017 welcoming team environment, (2)
review grade level academic
material and related share data and
strategies, and (3) set SMART goals
and create a plan of action
Leadership Team Team debriefs after each session to
Debrief #1 discuss what went well and what
Teacher Debrief adjustments need to be made.
Session #1 Teachers debrief will occur at the
next available PLC or staff meeting
for ease of collecting information.
Leadership team then debriefs after
