Netherlands. Implementation of PTT (Primordial Technology Theta) know how for organizational design,
management and development. Change Management, Governance, Corporate Ethology, Levels of
Impact - Assessment/Trial, PTT Standard, Organizational Matrix-Q Test. .

may produce in any organization.
The organization should serve as well as a platform dedicated to run tests and trials of new methods,
know how and applications (internal, business incubation, assessment, research).
The organization will be defined and designed according to PTT Futurist Assessment on the type of
projects, products and services and the form of an organization the global culture development and
global civilization advancement needs.Implement PTT at all possible levels in the organization (PTT
Standard).
Strategic Management by application of PTT Know How for the whole business cycle.
Provide Education Programs, PTT Evaluations/Rank/Tests and PTT Standard Evaluation through for
third party, by utilizing the organization designed as a field for evaluation.
Creation of a global network of organizations, for profit and not for profit, state and public
organizations that apply PTT, integrates PTT in their organizations or study PTT.
Provide an Incubation (Business, Organization) service, that will help candidates implement PTT in
their start ups (Incubation of PTT type of organizations) and provide to the market new technologies,
products and services developed through the application of PTT.
Provide consultancy, training and coaching, for organizations and individuals that wish to apply PTT,
and commit to the PTT Standard.

In 2015 The Netherlands was chosen as project-location, as it provides unique conditions and legal
background necessary for the implementation of this project.
2016 the grounding year, the LDMF Foundation : Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken, has been
grounded in the city of Utrecht, The Netherlands.
The process of organization and preparation of the start up has been developed since 2016, june.
The Start up of the organization has been planned for 2017-2022
A call 2017 for scientific researchers guild has been made, recruiting of a pool of international
scientists, interested and qualified to engage into PTT Research Projects (Research by applying PTT
Methods) and PTT innovation Technology (Based on PTT), advancement of PTT Know How.
Recruiting 2017 of coaches, trainers and consultants qualified and interested to provide apply PTT
Know How in the fields of self-management, leadership, strategic management and governances,
Provide PTT Services (Consultancy, Training Coaching) as members of the PTT Consultancy Guild.
Call 2017 for network partners and providers, that would like to collaborate with the development of
the project.
Marketing tests at location, definition of the market, 2017.
Study of location laws, and organizations 2017
Call 2017 for public interested in the project to join pre defined assemblies, for them to be able to
share their opinion and suggestions, volunteer programs and internships.

Maldonado Fonken, Chairman of the LDMF Foundation. !

Mr Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken is a Business Consultant, Coach and Trainer. With Multidisciplinary studies:

He has been dedicated to Business Know How Development since 1993, through the study of laws, cycles, rhythms
and principles of nature, biohacking, personal development and human potential. His know how has been upgraded
since 2000 several times, now known as Prime Tech Theta, includes assessment tools, strategy and decision making
tools, methods for the quantification of value, score card, as well as Training programs for self-management,
coaching, team building and personal development.!
He provides holistic training programs, in which personal development and self-management is integrated to practical
daily life business needs and the complex multidimensional matrix type of analysis a modern company needs for a

With experience in business consultancy, and business entrepreneurship, since the year 2000, in countries like Chile,
