FOOD

Food is very important. We need to eat fruits, vegetables and meat to


be in good health. We have to drink water, milk and juices too. We
have coffee and milk, fruit, juice fruit, cheese, jam, toast, cookies,
bread and butter for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, we eat rice, beans,
eggs, vegetables, salad and one kind of meat: beef, chicken, fish or
pork. After these meals, we have a dessert: fruit, pudding, pie, ice
cream, fruit salad or sweets.

COMIDA

A comida muito importante. Precisamos comer frutas, legumes e


carne para estar em boa sade. Temos de beber gua, leite e sucos
tambm. Temos caf e leite, frutas, suco de frutas, queijo, gelia,
torradas, biscoitos, po e manteiga para o caf-da-manh. Para o
almoo ou jantar, comemos arroz, feijo, ovos, legumes, salada e um
tipo de carne: bife, frango, peixe ou carne de porco. Aps estas
refeies, temos uma sobremesa: fruta, pudim, torta, sorvete, salada
de frutas ou doces.
