Main responsibility is to perform diverse secretarial duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality,
initiative and sound decision-making for the Head of Claims, Disputes and Recoveries Philippines Executive Director
and team of principals, maintain critical database, generate dynamic reports and oversee all essentials for functions
within line of business. Duties expanded to coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing
presentation materials, ordering and maintaining supplies, submitting expenses and review incoming correspondence
and prepare responses.
Provide support to Claims, Disputes and Recoveries functions by providing operations Quality Audits, conducting
process review and testing and generating critical reports. Responsibility includes identifying barriers, gaps and trends
and creating strategic action plans in maintaining and exceeding goals for Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibility covers leading team process refreshers and huddles, devising employee engagement activities to drive
team performance, assisting new hires with process-related inquiries while maintaining competitive scorecard as an
effective Fraud Recovery specialist.
Main responsibility is to minimize losses by conducting thorough reasonable investigations, preforming chargeback
and rebill opportunity while maintaining excellent customer service standards and exercising relevant regulations.
Responsibility focuses in providing timely resolutions to Consumer and Community Banking customers fraud reports
and queries through inbound/outbound calls. The role covers providing one call resolution, review of accounts and
completing workflow and trackers.
