This is certify that Mr. Hemanathan Harikrishnan, TBTL project implementor from SJK T
JALAN HAJI MANAN, JOHOR, Malaysia executed the project for special gift students to
improve learning style base on 21 century skills. SJK T JALAN HAJI MANAN is one of
primary school in Malaysia having special education class and Remedial Education to support
the basic learning skills among kids below 12 years.

2. Task Based Teachnology Learning (TBTL) is project based teaching & learning with
use of computer meditated application. In TBTL teaching & learning special gifted student will
creativily will present the information by using video, website, and mobile app. It can help the
student by placing her in a situation like in the real world. A situation where students will collect
all the information based on specify task given to them and represent the information by using
their own creativity. Task based learning has the advantage of getting the student to use her skills
at her current level. TBTL learning help student develop knowledge and language through its
use. It has the advantage of getting the focus of the special gift students toward achieving a goal
to acquired knowledge and language. This project incorporates on-site and online collaboration.
Working in teams, student conduct original research and create digital media presentations or
virtual exhibits (e.g. blogs, websites, videos, podcasts, music, photo galleries) about their
community, and share their work online with an international and local audience. The TBTL
project successfully executed over 25 special gift students (Slow Learner) for past 11 months.
The project advocates for students with disabilities to master literacy, numeracy and social skills.

As a curricular coordinator in field of Special Education, I would like to thank Mr. Hemanathan
Harikrishnan for implementing the new learning style project . The TBTL project specially design for
special kids (Slow Learner) for mastering social skills in daily routine. The project also focus on
technology base learning by giving emphasise on visualisation skills. By integrating media on learning
will improve the understanding of certain subject in classroom.

2. The TBTL project Content Knowledge and 21 Century Theme. There are 21 century theme
is essential for students in the 21 century learning. The discipline includes English, reading or
language art, Arts, Mathematics, and Science. The project focus on Learning and Innovation
skills. A focus on creativity and critical thinking, communication and collaboration is essential
to prepare student for future.
