    Known for its old-school dedication to classic, hand crafted Italian cuisine, Roma's (family owned since
    2003) moves into new, larger space at 7033 Greenville Avenue (just north of Park) on May 9.

    Chef Jimmy offers old favorites, like Hand Tossed Pizza, but will also prepare custom orders and special
    request dishes to delight even the most discerning diner.

    In Europe, he learned to cook from his mother and later attended the School for Culinary Arts in Milan.

    Jimmy says, Early Italian cooks wrote poems about their food! I like to experiment. Let me cook you
    some artichoke hearts!

    A friend says, Jimmy can cook anything!

    The new, larger location, with generous parking, will allow Roma's to host larger parties and family
    celebrations as well as business functions. Roma's Private Dining Room is available for special occasions.
