This article discusses how to create a balanced meal. It talks about what people should
have on their plate and how much of it should be there. If people have the right amount of
protein, vegetables, and grains they can assume that they are eating a nutritious meal. This is
relevant to my topic because if humans do not follow these guidelines, the body will not be the
best it can be. I will use this article in my paper to describe the type of meals that should be
consumed and which foods are good when trying to get a healthier body.

made when trying to lose weight. It discusses what is beneficial for the body and what is
beneficial when trying to diet because usually people make wrong assumptions. It also give data
on how much weight is lost when exercising versus how much weight is lost when also eating
healthy. This article also gives examples on what women do wrong when trying to diet. This
article is helpful to my project because it gives facts on what good nutrition should be and how
humans diet will affect how much weight they lose. I will use this article to back up why taking

gives evidence on how the body will shut down if people take away nutrients it needs. The article

leads to health problems. The article also discusses how weight gain is due to diets because
people tend to overeat when cutting out nutrients. This article is helpful because it provides
evidence on why not getting a whole nutritionally balanced meal is bad for maintaining a healthy
body and gives reasons on why eating whole meals with all food groups is beneficial. I will use
