Objectives

August 2013 to June 2014
As a receptionist, I was in charge of scheduling various appointments and check patients
in/out throughout the day. I managed to work under pressure during busy times and
provide great customer service. I managed to help patients get their lab orders, by
calling their doctors offices and communicating with them. I updated personal
information in their charts to make sure everything was correct. Worked in a team to
accomplished all our daily goals.

Childhood Association) and have attended many trainings and classes in regards to early
