Goal 2 I will work to applying different strategies of group work to

improve learning outcomes of learners. Through semester 7


and 8 teaching practice. In each lesson that inquires group work
I will try to apply a strategy that linked to classroom
environment that could work well to let learners gain the
outcomes learning and done the work in groups. At the end of
the TP I will be ready to have 60% huge ideas about group work
for primary students during my future career as a teacher.

Competency 1 Commitment to teaching/ growth (CLO1-Sub 3,5):
Apply my philosophy of teaching that students learn by doing
with peers and in group environments.
Open a discussion after each lesson with the MST to talk
communicates effectively with the practicum setting
management in a professional way.
2 Planning and Implementing lessons (CLO2-Sub 3,4)
Plan the lessons with the MST and asks "before, while after"
teaching what I have to do with specific students.
Using range of sources to teaching students such as "books,
activities, posters, Data Show etc.

3 To improve students communication skills and behaviors


through practice the tasks and activities.

4 Supported my action research paper which needs a group


environment
Justification I chose this goal because I want:

To focus on group work (pairs, small and big groups) during the
lesson.

To emphasis on students communication learning and growth


that build strong relationship among students behaviors during
the lesson.

To increase students speaking second language skills.

I believe that working in group improve students skills.


According to Vygotsky (1978 cited Turuk, 2008) the
sociocultural learning environment presents the student with a
variety of activities, demands to engages him in his world
through the tools.

Implementat Planning: to improve my planning skills and organize my lessons to move smoothly
ion among tasks and manage students' behaviors by attractive motivation strategies.
