____ Make slip reservations at Herrington Harbour South for the Rendezvous. Mention that you
are with the Nordic Tug Rendezvous and ask for the negotiated rate of 10% off the normal dockage rate for
Sunday to Wednesday. NOTE: Please be aware of HHS policy for payment/cancellation. At time of this
writing, HHS policy is to pay at time of reservation; you must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

try to keep the cost to around $15.

* Based on your feedback, weve planned Monday afternoon for Boat Hopping, where tuggers visit each other
on their boats to share good ideas or just socialize! You have the option to hop only (visit other boats only) or to
open your boat to other tuggers visits and also hop. Please sign up on the registration form if you want to open
your boat to visits from other tuggers. (If you want to hop only, no need to sign up.) The committee will contact
all volunteers opening their boats to visits to gather a little information about your boat and organize the session.

Harbour North. Contractors have agreed to talk with Rendezvous attendees on a drop-by basis: Digital Prop,
Osprey Composites, Zimmerman Marine, Marine Technical Services (MTS), and Canvas Connection.
