Exploring The Heart Of Conscious Business
http://integrallife.com/ken-wilber-dialogues/exploring-heart-conscious-
business
In this dialogue, Fred and Ken explore the cutting edge of business leadership. In
developed countries there are two main players in business. The first is the modern
camp, where efficiency, innovation, and excellence rule the day. The second is the
postmodern camp, where sensitivity, dialogue, and egalitarianism are of primary
importance. Although these two positions hold sway in the world at large, this
dialogue explores the emergence of a third way: integral. An integral approach posits
that the contributions of modernity and postmodernity can be embraced in a
perspective that honors both, while transcending their limitations.

exceptionally fertile time for a full-scale renaissance in education. Listen as Willow

In Over Our Heads - Development As A Life-Long Journey
http://integrallife.com/ken-wilber-dialogues/over-our-heads
Dr. Robert Kegan is a pioneer of human development, having spent his life carefully
studying and testing his theories of adult development and psychological
maturation. As a Harvard-trained developmental psychologist, Kegan is best known
for championing the idea that there is life after adolescence; that adult mental
development need not end at age twenty; that adults may, indeed must, continue to
develop throughout adulthood. He single-handedly transformed epistemology, often
considered a dry, academic exercise, into a dynamic event by helping us understand
that it is not what we think, but rather how we think. Dr. Kegan is perhaps best
known for his work on Orders of Consciousness and Subject-Object Theory, and he is
the author of several critically acclaimed books that explore the contours and
content of human development.

Here Dr. Kegan talks with Ken Wilber about his landmark book In Over Our Heads,
exploring the many ways our cultural lack of developmental perspectives is actively
inhibiting development itself, leaving the majority of us ill-equipped to meet the
demands of our 21st century lives.
