I am very pleased to apply for a job of a teacher in your school as advertised in your
website and I think I will be a good candidate for this positon for a number of reasons.

First, the advert states that you are recruiting holders of BA in English Language and
Methodology. I just want to confirm that I graduated from the HCT- December 2016. My
study has provided me with sufficient input on the principles and methods of teaching
English as a second language.

Second, I am deeply committed to excellence and distinction in my work. As you see in

my CV, I attended a number of training sessions about the various aspects of ESL
methodology. In addition, I am quite aware of the social needs and interests of students
at the tertiary levels. I have also participated in and coached a number of sporting and
social activities as well as some extra-curricular activities that touch on the basic
interests and needs of students at their various levels.

Finally, you mention that you are looking for teachers with good skills in technology. I just
want to say that I have taken an ICDL and that I have developed a number of skills that
have to do with technology and smart learning.

I think that my qualification, my experience, though short, together with my passion for
this noble profession make me a good candidate for this position.
