I. Call to Prayer (3.5 minutes) - This begins with drum beats followed by coming in of different instruments played by some of the community members in different costumes. - As the instruments fade, while the ones dressed in various costumes stand around the assembly, an Indian representative says: - Music video of World Culture Festival will be played. (2.54 minutes) - Brief introduction will be given about the focus imperative for the morning prayer. The instructions about three forms of sacred bows will be given and demonstrated: o Indian bow: Namaste literally translates as I bow to you. Namaste is a Sanskrit word, it is a greeting in India used when people meet. It is a gesture of love and respect saying I see/ meet the God in you. o Catholic: Genuflection is what we do to adore our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. We adore Him today. o Muslim bow- We may be different in nationalities and races but we have one God. Let us bow to Him just like our Muslim sisters and brothers do.
II. Christian Meditation (3 minutes)
- We do the three bows as we hear the bell. The fourth bell signals us to sit down and be mindful of the moment. Sit straight, be still, be simple and smile before the Lord saying Maranatha. - Meditation/ zen bell is struck. (2-minute silence)
III. Scripture Reading: John 13: 34-35 (3 minutes)

have loved you, so you also should love one another.
b. Hindu counterpart: Mohabbat c. Buddhist counterpart: d. Muslim counterpart: Istahib e. Filipino translation: Isang bagong utos ang ibinibigay ko sa inyo, kayo ay mag-ibigan sa isa't isa. Kung papaanong inibig ko kayo ay gayundin naman kayong mag-ibigan sa isa't isa. 35 Sa pamamagitan nito ay malalaman ng lahat ng mga tao na kayo ay aking mga alagad. Ito ay kung may pag-ibig kayo sa isa't isa.
IV. Brief Reflection (3 minutes)
We love one another as God has loved us. That all may be one (Jn. 17:21-23)
V. Closing Prayer (2 minutes)
We are all children of our Father. We are one. Let us pray to Him and call Him as we sing The Lords Prayer. We sing the Lords Prayer
