Inquiry Question: Does gym class help students perform better in all their classes?
I chose this topic because i can relate to this and so can other students around
me. I personally am pursuing in the field of Physical Education and this kind of stuff
does matter to the students and i do beleive gym class can help students perform better
in all their classes. Kids who dont participate in gym class are more likely to not do well
in school rather than kids who always participate. Coming back from gym class i always
felt awake in class and ready to listen to what the teacher has to say. Without gym class
most kids would be falling asleep during class cause lack of sleep.

Washington Post. WP Company, 21 Oct. 2013. Web. 17 Apr. 2017.
This talks about all the different studies that they had tired on students and
children. For example one study in Georgia invited 111 inactive,
overweight kids, age 7 to 11, to participate in an after-school exercise
program, during which they were active for at least 20 minutes. After 13
weeks the overweight kids performed better in mental tasks such as
planning, organizing and strategizing, as well as on standardized math
tests. This help with my essay with the different types of studies that has
happen and worked according to this article.
