Deceased is believed to be a white male adult with lan estimated age of (+/-) 45 to 60 years, height approximately 71 inches (estimated between 5'10" to 6'1"), weight estimated (+/-) 197 Ibs. Victim appeared to have brown and grey hair, victim's hair was pulled back into a small ponytail when found. Victim also had a partial beard and moustache that lappeared grey and brown in color. ictim's body appeared to have been in the Truckee River prior to washing onto the rivers edge. ictim appeared to be dressed for the cold temperatures the area has been experiencing. ictim's body was partially decomposed.
