FORMING A COMPANY

a. Before forming a company, a Name has to be selected for the company. This name will not be the same or
replicate to an established company. Application should be sent to RJSCF for the permission of the proposed
company.

b. Name of the company, Type of the company (Public or Private), registered office address including Aim of the
company, Paid up capital, Name of the Directors and distribution of share to the Directors have to be well mentioned
in the Memorandum of Article (MOA).

c. Company has to have a specific Rules and Regulation for the well conduct and management of the company. This
should be in Article of Association (AOA). This AOA will be controlled by the company MOA.

d. Specific form has to be filled up correctly with signature. It will be then sent to RJSRF office for Registration.
