 TERMS OF SUPPLY:

1. Price basis: Exclusive of transportation and installation .

2. Freight: Excluded
3. Taxes: VAT @ 5.5% for the system and Service Tax @ 14.5% on
I&C charges. The same has been included in the above offer. Any variations in
tax component at the time of supply will be charged extra to your account.
4. Delivery: Within 5 days from the date of receipt of technically and
commercially clear firm order.
5. Provision of electrical wiring of control panel, etc is included. Civil work will be
under the scope of Purchaser.
6. Payment terms: 100% advance along with the order.
7. Performance Warranty: 20 year for Module and 2 year warranty for the whole
system.
8. Validity: 15 Days.
9. Force majeure clause: This offer and resulting contract are subject to
standard force majeure clause.
