State Objectives
By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
1. read and sing the song Ten Little Fingers and Toes by using Powerpoint
presentation and audio visual with correct pronunciation.
2. will relate the song to their personal lives as they using their own body themselves.

A set of pictures
PowerPoint Presentation
Smart Board or LCD projector for the presentation.
Laptop computer
A set of number cards and Mahjong paper.
Colour pencils and paper
Methods:
The teacher will show the e-learning package to the students alongside with other
teaching aids needed for the lesson.
Teacher uses the media and materials with the students.
Teacher will explain the purposes of using the media and materials to the students.
Utilize Media, Materials, and Methods

Song TEN LITTLE FINGERS AND TOES: The song is the one that will be
introduced to the students.
A set of Pictures: The pictures of apples and oranges to engage students prior
knowledge before learning the song.
PowerPoint presentation: The presentation is based on the song where there are
lyrics of the song and students will be able to see the lyrics.
Smart board/LCD projector : This will be used to review the song, the pictures and
lyrics of the song to the students.
Laptop computer: This laptop computer will be hooked to the LCD projector so that
the lyrics of the song can be seen by the students.
A set of number cards and mahjong paper: These materials will be uses as
teaching aids where students need to identify the numbers and paste them on the
mahjong paper.
Colour pencils and paper: These will be use during the hand drawing activity.

Require Learner Participation


Introduction:
Introduce the idea of numbers to the class. Shows the pictures of apples and oranges.
Asks the pupils to count pictures out together out loud. This will activate their prior
knowledge about numbers.

Activity:
Show them the Powerpoint presentation that has the songs lyrics. Asks the students to
sit at their places and let them see the lyrics. After that they will starts singing the song
Ten Little Fingers and Toes. After that, they will answer the missing numbers in a mah-
jong paper of a train on the whiteboard. Then, selected pupils will complete the missing
numbers correctly and paste on the mah-jong paper. The students then do an art activity
which is hand drawing.

This activity will strengthen students speaking skills as well as their ability to relate
lessons to their lives. Students will relate the numbers into themselves.

Complete the missing numbers


Few of the students will be selected to answer the missing numbers on the train. Then,
the students will be able to understand the numbers more after they sang it earlier.

Wrap-up
The students will share their hand drawing to the class. This activity will help the students
to build their self-confidence and enhances their speaking skills.

Reinforce what the students should have learned from the lesson.

Evaluate & Revise


Student Performance

Students will be evaluated on how well they worked with themselves by using the
song. The teacher will guide them to count properly. This will also be seen in their
presentation of completing the missing numbers on the mahjong paper.
Students then also participated in making their own hand drawing where after that
they will show their creativeness in counting their own fingers into the drawing.

Media Effectiveness

Were the computer and LCD projector are useful in promoting class environment?
Did it prove useful for visual learners?
Did the complete the missing numbers activity work well amongst the class? Was it
easy to use? Was it helpful for kinesthetic learners?
