What is SAPPHIRE?

SAPPHIRE is an initiative by the Singapore National


Employers Federation (SNEF) and supported by
Workforce Singapore (WSG).

SAPPHIRE offers a menu of 5 programmes to drive


workplace transformation through integrating HR,
Industrial Relations and Productivity practices.
