Schedule 2a: Project Method Statement

Tenderers are to submit Project Method Statement which is to include details of the methods by which the Tenderer pro-
poses to carry out the Scope of Work and all obligations under the Contract. The Project Method Statement is to include
appropriate methodology and an appropriate Risk Assessment for (but not limited to) the following key elements of the
Scope of Work:

Construction Management
o Detailed organisation chart
o Management Plan
o Proposed construction methodology
Scope of services
Deliverables list
Complete and satisfactory analysis of the building etc., including but not limited to structure,
sub-structure, super structure, architectural features, mechanical and electrical components etc
Construction approach for Civil Structures including but not limited to earthworks, excavation,
etc
Construction approach for Concerned Civil and Utilities including but not limited to roads, land-
scaping, lighting, electrical, telecom, communication, potable water, foul water, irrigation, fire
water, storm water drainage etc
Interface Analysis and Management
Stakeholder Management and Consultation
Consultation with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for design approvals as well as permit-
ting approvals
o Construction Management Plan
o Detailed Sequence of civil and electromechanical Construction works; procurement and Installation of all
equipment; functional start up of the building
o Use of Equipment and Materials
o Logistics of Sourcing Material
o Reporting formats and project control procedures
o Submittals and Approvals
o Permitting and Approvals
o Environmental Management
o Health and Safety Management

o Site Mobilisation and Construction of Temporary Works

Submission of a Project Method Statement shall not limit the responsibility of any Tenderer who is appointed as Contractor
to perform the Works under the Contract in accordance with such methods as are appropriate for the execution of that
work.
